Oh Susan, this somatic work is so good for addressing my over activation and dysregulation. As with my prior comment about Feldenkrais, the somatic work takes me back to when it was a regular part of my practice. I will endeavour to reintegrate this work into my routine again. Thank you for reminding me of its benefits. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you susan ,this is great it's been 20 years since last doing some Feldenkrais work and this has reminded me of the benefits 🙏 Was very activated and tense when I started this today and feel 60% easier after the practice. 🙏🙏

Thanks Susan. 2 favourite practices woven together into a very accessible circuit breaker. 🙏🫶

Thanks Susan. This one was very regulating. I'll now be aiming to do one practice each day, rotating across several of the tracks. 🙏🙏🙏

Another helpful practice thanks Susan. This will be particularly useful as I use a mandibular advancement splint each night to address OSA. 🙏🙏

Thanks Susan. I think this one will need many repeats overtime, another was more challenging than the other areas of the body. What is the recommended repeat cycle? I was thinking of selecting one or two areas each day, so that each will be practised about twice a week. Your thoughts? Feeling more after a couple more practices, but it's easy for me to nod off when lying down. 🙏

Thanks again Susan. This third in the series was the most challenging. The right side felt the improvement, while the left was less so. Seems like a good indication of some needed practice. Will be aiming to practice all three of the series every couple of days for a while. This is such valuable work and I'm surprised that only a small number of people have come to it on I.T. Wishing you a safe and happy start to 2026.🙏

Thank you Susan. Another excellent practice. At first I felt a lot of muscular activity, but by the end, much of it let go 😃 🙏 Looking forward to practising sessions 2 and 3 of this series Deep gratitude and warm wishes for the holiday season.

Thanks for recommending this track Susan. Another good one for me 🙏 The nutation and counternutation was challenging, as so many other muscles tried to get in on the act!. Toward the end I started nodding off, so was clearly relaxing! 🙏
