Details
If there stirs within you a quiet calling, not from the mind, but from the heart, a whisper simply to be, then this invitation is already your homecoming. This is more than a training. It is a 21-day immersion into the living heart of yoga, meditation, and breathwork, a return to the stillness that has never left you. It is a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, fully certified by Yoga Alliance, yet what it offers cannot be measured in hours. You are not here to become someone new. You are here to remember what has always been true. In this mountain sanctuary above Pokhara, surrounded by endless horizons and quiet Himalayan skies, we return to the simple truth: you are not separate from life. The wind, the breath, the mountain, all moving as one. This training is a still mirror, where being reveals itself. Whether you wish to teach or simply deepen your own path, this journey offers both foundation and freedom, a space to rest in your natural awareness and share yoga as a way of living truth. To honor this depth, the training is intentionally intimate, limited to only 8 students. This small group allows for personalized attention, genuine connection, and deeper insight, a space where each question, each breath, and each silence becomes part of the teaching itself. Curriculum 1. Techniques, Training & Practice Asana: alignment, benefits, and mindful variations Pranayama: finding your breath, finding your Self Meditation: resting as awareness Chanting & mantra: the language of the soul Mudras & bandhas: energy seals of inner harmony Kriyas: cleansing body and mind 2. Amid whispering pines and wildflowers, practice dissolves into being. Nature Walks From your door, paths lead to quiet villages, forest temples, and open ridges with panoramic Himalayan views. Step outside and walk into presence. Let the land guide you. Breathwork & Native Flute Journey Through conscious breath inspired by Wim Hof, you’ll enter deep inner stillness, accompanied by live Native American flute, weaving air, sound, and silence into one. Guides: Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga in 2004, eventually founding Tree Yoga, a Yoga Alliance–certified school. Trained by Wim Hof, he became a certified freediver and Native American flute instructor, and studied coaching with Tony Robbins. His path also led him to shamanism in the Amazon and Dzogchen meditation in Nepal. His message: Let go of what you think reality is, and feel it as it is. Rajni Malhotra is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with a Master’s in Yoga and over 13 years of experience. Skilled in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Aerial Yoga, she blends traditional and modern teachings as a Senior Yoga Teacher at Karma Center, Bangalore.
