Details

We'll spend 3 days together working deeply with the Body (Vinyasa, Yin, Somatic Work), Breath (conscious connected breathwork & pranayama), and Soul (Cacao Ceremony, Sound Healing, Meditation and Integration). I envision this as being more than just a weekend where you take a break, but instead a weekend in nature where we jump head first into multiple modalities; where we take the time to fully immerse in our body, breath, and mind. A chance to leave what no longer serves behind, integrate lessons from the year so far, and celebrate life. Stepping into the new season feeling clear, focused, and connected.
