Details

Tucked away in the stillness of the Northern Rivers hinterland, Breathe Into Love is a fully private, 1:1 weekend retreat for one couple at a time — no groups, no onlookers — only the two of you held in sacred presence upon a tranquil 45-acre sanctuary. Rooted in the healing power of breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, this retreat is an invitation to pause and come home to one another. Guided breathwork journeys create space for emotional release, deeper listening, and the soft dissolving of words that no longer serve. Between sessions, the land becomes teacher: rest beside the dam, slip into spring-fed plunge pools, cycle the lush Northern Rivers Rail Trail, or surrender to the nurturing heat of the infrared sauna. Wander slowly through the elevated grounds, taking time to walk the land and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the earth. Every meal is a moment of devotion — slowly shared, nourishing to body and bond, and prepared with loving intention. As dusk settles on Saturday, a fire is kindled just for you — beneath a canopy of stars or beside the glowing studio hearth — inviting quiet conversation, soothing baths, and the gentle hush of night. To extend your reconnection beyond the weekend, a complementary 6-week slow breath immersion course is available as a sacred takeaway. Additional offerings such as airport transfers, bike hire, and in-house massage (highly recommended) can also be arranged to enrich your retreat experience. As part of our opening season, this retreat is offered at special promotional pricing for a limited time. This retreat isn’t about fixing; it’s about remembering — remembering how to feel seen, held, and loved through spaciousness, presence, and the quiet rhythm of the breath. Whether navigating distance, seeking deeper intimacy, or simply longing to pause side-by-side, Breathe Into Love offers a soulful return to what matters most: love, truth, and shared stillness.

Schedule

Your weekend unfolds as a gentle journey—held in nature, guided by breath, and softened by stillness. Arriving Friday afternoon, you’ll be welcomed into the peaceful embrace of Rise Temple, with time to settle in before sharing your first nourishing meal. As the sun sets, you’ll be guided through journaling and intention-setting, creating space to exhale the outside world and turn inward together. Saturday begins with a light breakfast at first light, before your first guided journey— a 90-minute hybrid of breathwork, somatic release, meditation, and mindfulness. A fresh fruit platter follows, before you’re welcomed into the warmth of the infrared sauna and the cool of the natural plunge pool—space to integrate, reflect, and unwind. The afternoon drifts in a spacious rhythm of shared meals, gentle movement, and quiet connection. Cycle the lush Northern Rivers Rail Trail, or wander orchard paths across the footbridge, letting rows of fruit trees and birdsong cradle your conversation. Each of you will receive a deeply nurturing massage, followed later by a slow couples intimacy breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness session to invite profound stillness and intimate listening. As evening falls, a fire is kindled just for you—beneath the stars or within the quiet glow of the studio—inviting warmth, a soothing bath, and shared stillness beneath the hush of night. Sunday morning arrives gently with breakfast, followed by your final session: a 90-minute integration journey to anchor the insights and reconnection you’ve cultivated. A final sauna and light lunch complete your retreat, leaving you softened, aligned, and held by the love that brought you here. Each breathwork journey is held within a cocoon of stillness—supported by wireless headphones, soft mats, cosy blankets, eye masks, and bolsters—inviting you to fully surrender, journey inward, and be cradled by comfort as the breath guides you home.

Testimonials

info

I can only describe my time at Rise Temple with Amanda Jane as a gentle, comfortable ‘out of body’ experience. From the picturesque drive up through farmland giving way to rainforest, didn’t prepare me for the idyllic setting. Grassy banks, to a small tranquil lake with a waterfall surrounded by lush vegetation… my dream space. The breathwork sessions were equally as beautiful - very nurturing and safe, yet challenged me to probe a little deeper into my innerself. I loved the format of the sessions and even felt comfortable enough (for the first time ever) to 'share' my experiences openly.  Amanda has a rare gift and I am thankful for a truly life changing experience.

We came here for the Couples Reconnection Retreat, not really knowing what to expect. From the moment we arrived, Amanda was a most welcoming and genuinely down to earth host. She really took the time to get to know us so she could tailor the weekend to our specific needs. We discovered meditation through controlled, slowed breathing and guided visualisations. We reconnected not through just words but by feeling physically present together in the moment. Amanda has amazing intuition which she reveals during a 1:1 session. The retreat location is tranquil and relaxing. The meals were beautifully home cooked & wholesome. Amanda's guidance has set us on a path of renewal and we are currently applying what we have learnt as we complete the 6 week course that follows. Thank you so much, Amanda, you have a very special gift!

It's hard to explain breathwork but it definitely works. Slowing your breathing puts you in a meditative state, and then all sorts of magical things can happen. Amanda's guidance is key. She really helps you along the journey and helps you get the most of the experience. It's truly transformative. And the peaceful surroundings, Amanda's welcoming nature, and the nourishing food all help a great deal also. I highly recommend it
