Details

Nurtured by Nature is a seven-day women’s retreat held between the ocean and jungle in Bocas del Toro, Panama. The ambiance is calm, grounded, and spacious — a balance of natural beauty and simple comfort that allows the nervous system to settle and the body to slow down. The intent of this retreat is to help women reconnect with their true nature through immersive time in nature, daily movement and meditation, embodied workshops, and shared experience. Rather than pushing for change, the retreat creates the conditions for clarity, regulation, and transformation to arise naturally. Participants benefit from reduced stress and anxiety, greater clarity around personal direction and decision-making, deeper connection to their bodies and intuition, and a renewed sense of creativity, belonging, and vitality. Time in nature, combined with mindfulness, embodiment, and play, supports lasting shifts that extend well beyond the retreat. What makes this retreat unique is that it is guided by hosts who live in Bocas del Toro and have chosen a deeply nature-centered way of life. This isn’t a place they’re visiting for a week — it’s home. Guests are invited into a lived experience of slowing down, relating to nature daily, and integrating the rhythms of the environment in a way that is practical, grounded, and deeply embodied. The retreat offers not just an escape, but a model for living more naturally that participants can carry back into their own lives.

This retreat far surpassed all my wildest dreams and expectations. Not only was it a gorgeous facility and environment, but the entire experience was heaven. From the pre-trip communications down to the daily activities and fresh food made specifically for my dietary needs, this was perfection. It's a wonderful choice for those looking for a true getaway with opportunities to relax, explore, and energize those areas of life that get neglected in our busy, overstimulated lives. I would do this over and over again and it was worth every penny. Life changing for my mental and physical health!

This retreat was my top retreat experience to date! Kelly and Keara created an incredibly restorative experience where my nervous system got the reset it was desperately needing. This was all the care and attention I could have asked for, with the perfect mix of relaxation and immersive adventures in nature that I crave, shared with a small group of people that quickly felt like family. So grateful for every moment!
