Welcome to this thought form workshop guided meditation.

The art of noticing.

The ability to notice and discern subtle changes in your experience of the physical dimension is an important skill for manifestation because it keeps us tuned into the present moment,

Enabling us to identify and respond to messages that the vibrational web may communicate to us.

Those messages may present themselves as sensations in the body,

Words,

Phrases,

Songs or repeating ideas in the mind,

Visual phenomena,

Signs and number sequences that you encounter in your environment,

Or unusual reactions you may feel to places,

People and ideas.

Your experience will be unique to the context of you,

But by staying present and noticing what transpires you may begin to discern patterns that help you to translate the messages you receive from the vibrational web,

Your higher self,

Your guides and other sources related to your particular path.

You should be in a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down with a straight spine.

Let yourself drop into a wordless space.

Avoid using words or language to name any of the visions,

Sensations or other experiences that may come to you.

All you need to do is notice.

Close your eyes,

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your fingers,

Relax your jaw,

Relax the crown of your head.

Bring your attention to the distance between your eyes.

Relax your eyes.

Begin by noticing your breath.

Notice the movement of the diaphragm and the rib cage.

Notice the temperature of air coming in over the vocal cords.

Notice your sinuses.

Notice the vibration of tiny hairs in your nose.

Notice the lining of your lungs.

Notice where your awareness begins to collect and concentrate.

Is it in the head?

Is it in the area behind your heart?

Is it outside the body or somewhere else?

Simply notice.

There is no right or wrong place for your awareness to be.

It is simply where it is.

Notice your skin.

Notice the vibrations of molecules of air bouncing off of your skin.

Notice the insides of your wrists.

Notice the pressure of your body on the cushion or furniture.

Notice the crown of your head.

Notice the tops of your feet.

Notice your shoulder blades.

Notice the crown of your head.

Notice your tongue against the roof of your mouth.

Notice the pressure of your teeth.

Notice your solar plexus.

Notice the crown of your head.

Notice your tailbone.

Notice the backs of your knees.

Notice the vibration of your cells.

Notice the ringing in your ears.

Notice the speed of your thoughts.

Notice the field of energy that surrounds you.

Notice how far it extends from your body.

Notice what color it is.

Notice the crown of your head.

Notice the disc of white light above your crown.

Notice your breath.

Release your thoughts.

Release your words.

Release all language.

Notice what's left.

Gently begin to return your awareness to your breath.

Your breath is happening in this space.

This space is happening in your breath.

You are this space.

Unrestricted,

Unlimited,

Pure potential.

A divine being,

A child of the infinite.

If you have fallen asleep,

You may rest in sleep.

If you would like to begin to wake up,

Begin to deepen your breath.

Allow tiny movements to begin to come into your fingers and toes.

At the sound of the bell,

You may open your eyes.

In love,

This is Rishika.

Namaste.
