Mindfulness teacher at Manchester Mind, Ruth Rosselson has been practicing meditation for almost 20 years and teaching for the last 8. She came to meditation to help her live better with the chronic pain of inflammatory arthritis. She is passionate about making mindfulness accessible to all. Ruth teaches Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness and Relaxation for Menopause courses for Manchester Mind. She created the 8-week menopause course in 2020 after realising that the practices she has used for years to help with her pain are just as applicable for the transition, adjustment, and physical and emotional symptoms of menopause. She a BAMBA accredited mindfulness teacher.

This is a very helpful track for me to have to discovered. It has a slightly different take on something I’ve been working with for quite a while. I am grateful to have some choices to turn to in the middle of the night and this is a good one.

Really calming thank you. I liked how you gave instrunctions but didn’t guide the breath with specific counting. This made it easier to feel like I could choose my pace and like it’s a technique I can apply on my own rather than it only existing in the app. Thank you!
