Feeling my human beingness with all my senses.

Today I want to feel and I can feel.

Finding my way into feeling my feelings,

Feeling my senses.

In the depth of my being,

My human beingness,

I find my way into feeling with all my senses.

Feeling my body feel cold or warm or just comfortable.

Feeling the noises and the sounds vibrate around my ears,

My skin and in my nostrils.

Feeling my nose suck in the air and my olfactory pick up all the good and not so good sense.

Feeling the light and the shadows,

The colours behind my closed eyes and in front of my wide open eyes.

Feeling the tastes on my tongue,

On my taste buds.

I am feeling it all.

I am here present with my senses and feelings that arise and come up to the surface of my human beingness.

And I welcome them all.
