This practice will help you to review your day, be grateful for your day and relax for a good night's sleep. Use your headphones for more effect. This meditation contains a body scan exercise to connect with your body.

Transcript

Good evening.

I'm glad that you are here tonight.

Settle down comfortably,

Sitting or lying down in your bed.

And close your eyes.

Take a long,

Deep breath.

Breath in through your nose,

Swelling your belly.

And exhale through your mouth.

If it helps,

You can put one hand on your stomach and the other one on your chest.

Again,

Inhale through your nose by swelling your belly.

And exhale for a longer time through your mouth.

Once again.

Just let go.

Focus on the air coming in and out of your nostrils.

With each breath,

You relax a little more.

And now,

Look back on your day.

And find five moments that happened today for which you feel grateful.

It can be a person,

An activity,

Something you own and like to use,

A decision you have made,

An awareness or just a beautiful landscape,

Enjoying having a roof over your head to have enough food or to have a body that has allowed you to do all these things today.

It can be a little things like enjoying the tea you drank this morning or someone's smile at you.

Visualize the five moments that brought you joy today and for which you feel grateful for.

Be aware of the abundance in your life and thank the life for this abundance you receive every day.

Thank the life for helping you every day to realize your dream and to fulfill your deepest desire.

Let this feeling of fullness,

Abundance,

Gratitude,

Joy heal your inner wounds and bring you the love and security you need.

You are safe.

You are surrounded and protected.

Bring this feeling to your sleep and let them heal your inner wounds while you sleep by spreading through each of your cells.

And now,

Become aware of your feet.

Your feet,

Your ankles,

Your heels are relaxing.

Be aware of your calves.

Your calves,

Your knees are relaxing.

Your tights,

The front of your tights,

The back of your tights,

Your hips,

Your psoas are relaxing.

Your belly,

Your lower belly,

Your intestine,

Your bladder,

Your ovaries,

Your uterus are relaxing.

All your internal organs are relaxing.

Your liver,

Your spleen,

Your pancreas,

Your gallbladder,

Your stomach are relaxing.

Your solar plexus,

Your rib cage,

Your lungs are relaxing.

Your heart relaxes and heals.

Your chest,

Your neck,

Thyroid,

Your arms are relaxing.

Your head,

Your face,

Your brain,

Your scalp are relaxing.

Your facial features,

Your jaw,

Your eyes,

Your mouth are deeply relaxing.

Your body is completely relaxed.

Your energy flows harmoniously.

Your body is ready for a deep and restful sleep.
