Hello beautiful soul and welcome to your time.
I invite you to take a moment to breathe,
To pause,
To just soak up a little peace before we begin.

Sometimes we can feel like perhaps we can't receive the benefits if we don't see things as we visualize.
But please know that all of your beautiful senses are working to provide you with the perfect experience today.
So as you allow your human to release any attachments to how it has to flow,
To how it has to look,
Allowing yourself to trust your being,
Your body,
That that part of you will process everything it needs most today.
We're going to spend the next few minutes together really tapping into our receiving channels.
So whether you're sitting up,
Laying down,
Wherever you find yourself,
I wonder if you can see,
Sense,
Intend,
Or imagine that you have a beautiful root structure beneath your being.
Whether it sits beneath your feet or underneath your body,
Whatever orientation makes most sense for you right now is truly wonderful.
There is no right or wrong,
There is just what is right for you in this moment.
And as you tap into and tune into this beautiful root structure,
I wonder if you can imagine or intend that it grows down under the surface of the earth,
Growing out as wide,
As wide,
As wide can be,
Giving you a beautiful,
Magical width of support,
Power,
Nurture,
A sense of feeling really truly grounded and planted.
And not in ways that mean that you can't move,
But in ways that allow you to feel beautifully and divinely centered,
Present in your being,
Strong and powerful within your body,
Your energy,
Your presence,
Feeling really planted into the core of you.
And if you feel like your roots need to expand a little further,
Allowing them to grow out as wide as you need and want them to grow,

Sense that beautiful root structure growing and crisscrossing diagonally in every other direction.

Into light grids,
Into crystal grids,
Into earth grids,
Into flower and nature grids,
Maybe even into rock grids,
Just allowing whatever is there for you to be present,
Knowing that each time you connect in with this process,
You may access new magic,
New parts of you,
Allowing you to recalibrate your energy,
Your field,
Your frequency,
Allowing this beautiful earth grounded peaceful energy to bring harmony to every part of your being.
And as you allow these roots to provide everything that you need,
Please know that they're there to nurture and nourish you,
To feed you,
To fuel you,
To provide you with all of the nurture,
The nourishment,
The support that you need,
And that in any moment you can connect or reconnect with these roots.
