Today,
Unwholed,
Healing the world through healing ourselves.
Breathe.
Welcome.
When we notice ourselves in pain.
When we notice the world in pain.
In sadness,
Despair,
Anger and sorrow.
These moments are precious jewels of opportunity.
Opportunity to soften.
To draw near.
To draw near to the beating of our own hearts.
Our own wisdom.
Our own love.
There is a child in you.
An innocent one.
A fullness and wholeness.
Who has somehow,
Somewhere experienced pain.
Pain is now surfacing in a moment to give you an opportunity to love.
To nourish.
To heal.
Here and now.
In this moment when the world is in such pain.
In questions.
In tears.
It can be a question that arises in all of our minds.
How do we heal this?
How do we collectively move forward from a place of love?
I invite you dear one to consider that the fullness of our collective healing can begin.
When we love and heal the wounds in our own hearts.
Let us heal the world through healing ourselves.
The pain that we see outside.
Let us first heal in ourselves.
Let us heal our own wounds.
And let this wound be where the light enters you.
Dear one.
Breathe.
I invite you to begin to notice your breath.
Your inhale and your exhale.
Your flow of energy.
What has been most present for you lately,
Dear one?
Here for you to sit with,
To be with and to love.
For some of us there may be a fear.
There may be an anger.
Has there been something for you to pay attention to?
Is there a way you have felt dishonored?
A way that your heart is calling you to honor yourself?
Breathe.
Allow your breath to carry you through the experience of your feelings as they flow through your body.
I invite you to allow your body to release and relax.
Is there a sadness in your body?
A letting go of an identity,
A belief,
An idea that no longer serves you?
Allow yourself to breathe and to feel the weight of what your body would have you release.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Listen for the wisdom of your body and the lesson within your soul.
Whatever is there for you to let go of,
I invite you to love this part of you and to let it go.
Thanking it for how it has served you,
Protected you,
And played its role in your life.
May you allow yourself to be free.
Inhale.
And exhale.
I invite you to notice how you are feeling in your body.
Notice the space within your belly,
Your chest,
Your neck,
Your crown.
Notice the flow of energy within your body.
Is there an insight or a lesson that your body and that life and love would have you hear and know moving forward?
It is love that heals,
Love that nurtures and allows and makes whole.
May you love yourself and may we heal the world by healing ourselves.
