We use the sound of rain as an anchor to keep the nervous system regulated while you focus. The Structure: 0:00 - 15:00: Steady Focus 15:00 - 20:00: Deep Rest (5 Minutes) 20:00 - 35:00: Steady Focus I will mark the transitions with a bell and brief guidance, allowing you to stay in the flow without checking the clock. Welcome!

To stay grounded,

We must move in a rhythm.

Like the breath.

Engagement and then release.

We will practice this rhythm today.

15 minutes of focus.

A 5 minute rest.

And 15 minutes of focus again.

If the mind wanders or tension arises,

Simply acknowledge it and return to the sound of the rain.

You are safe to settle in.

Let's begin.

Let go of the work completely.

For the next 5 minutes,

Allow the nervous system to reset.

Stretch your spine.

Drink some water.

Be kind to yourself in this pause.

Slowly settle back in.

Check your posture.

Shoulders down.

Jaw loose.

We enter the second wave of focus now.

Let's begin.

Take a deep breath.

You have maintained your balance through the work.

This rhythm is always available to you.

Rest well.

Thank you.

So helpful in keeping me balanced with my work time. Also, this particular rain sound is perfect. Will replay often 👍
