Shana studied meditation at the Nalanda Institute of Contemplative Science. Working in corporate for 20+ years, she appreciates the life of a busy urban professional and is committed to helping people balance daily responsibilities with a sense of inner peace and calm. Shana also founded a cancer-related non-profit, Michael's Mission, that supports meditation to help manage pain and overall quality of life.
