Meditation Timer OnlineSilke loves bringing people in touch with themselves. From a young age she has been fascinated by spirituality and tried out different forms of meditation. She is trained in breathwork, intuitive healing and reading, rapid relief method, reiki and (trauma) coaching. Being trained as an anthropologist she enjoys writing and getting to the bottom of things. She plays several instruments and likes to record her own music.
