有學生曾經跟我說,他在一天之中最享受的時間就是洗澡時短短十數分鐘,足以讓他從日程緊密的一天中讓自己好好獨處放鬆,在一段不用向任何人交代的時間中偷閑。如果你從未試過細緻地感受沐浴時的每個此時此刻,現在給自己一個機會嘗試這個每天都可以做又簡單的小儀式,在投入洗澡的每一秒讓自己逐點放鬆。你只需在洗澡時打開這段錄音(當然要把播放裝置放在安全位置!),逐步跟著引導投入當下,在錄音播完後你可以繼續享受屬於你的Me Time。練習適合任何人,如全職媽媽、缺少身心休息時間的朋友、難以抽空做正念練習的朋友 等等。
