Experience that a heart that can forgive is able to love. A heart that can forgive is able to love itself. Your heart knows how to be true to yourself. And if you are true to yourself, your heart is in unity. And you feel whole and complete.

Welcome,

Welcome to this beautiful new day.

I am Diana and I will take you through a wonderfully pleasant start of your day.

A way to start your day centered,

Full of focus,

But definitely relaxed and full of peace and openness.

To do this,

I would first ask you to choose an intention.

What is your intention for the day?

Maybe it's a feeling,

A hunch,

One word,

An affirmation.

What is it for you?

What do you want to draw your strength from during this day?

And keep your focus on.

You started this exercise perhaps for a reason.

You may be in need of rest or grounding,

Focus,

To be centered or being with yourself.

Whatever it is,

See what your intention may be to start this day and to stay on course throughout the day.

Keep it simple,

Keep it light and easy.

You will find that if you choose an intention in the morning,

That is a valuable friend during the day,

A beacon to head for.

Alright,

For now,

Sit back and make yourself comfortable.

Make sure you can sit relaxed and have room to breathe.

Close your eyes and arrive in your own space.

Relax your body.

Follow the indulation movement of your breathing.

The breath that is like ebb and flow,

Flowing through your body.

The breath that's always there.

This is your connection to life on earth.

Feel the gratitude for this life energy.

Breathe in gratitude and breathe out love and joy.

Breathe in gratitude and breathe out love and joy.

Experience your body,

Make it spacious and light and relaxed.

Now connect with your natural sense of being,

Of your consciousness.

It is not difficult,

It comes naturally.

At the core of your being,

You are only consciousness.

There is no pressure here,

Nothing is expected of you.

It's a field of being,

A wonderful field of being.

It doesn't need help from anything,

You can be totally yourself here.

And if thoughts come or feelings,

That's not a bad thing at all.

Just experience how these feelings and thoughts are easily absorbed into that infinite field.

Thoughts come and go,

Feelings come and go.

You don't have to take care of the natural field.

You don't have to manage existence.

Nothing needs to be regulated or done.

You,

You may be and can be completely yourself.

Accept this gift as well.

Experience the peace and energy that's always there.

You are not on pause,

You are fully alive.

Be aware of your natural being.

This is your natural state of being.

You are here and that's enough.

You are whole and complete.

Feed this sensation with your breathing.

Give it space.

And now bring your attention to your heart.

Breathe calmly and smoothly through your heart.

Gently massage your heart open and spacious with your breathing.

Don't be in a hurry,

Be kind and gentle to your own heart.

Use your breathing to gently massage the heart open and soft.

Breathe out any heavy feelings and allow them to be absorbed and flow away into that great field of being.

Not because these feelings shouldn't be there,

No.

But to allow yourself to experience a little more peace and freedom.

Feelings may come and feelings may go again.

Make your heart space as spacious as you are comfortable with at this moment.

Then this may be the time to forgive yourself or another.

Experience understanding for your own pain and sorrow.

Experience understanding of the journey another person is going through.

See if something comes up that needs forgiveness.

Connect with the space of your heart and see if it's possible to experience forgiveness for yourself,

For another.

Don't grasp at anything.

Let emotions and thoughts come and go again.

Focus on forgiveness,

On the understanding.

Give it space,

Give it breath.

And for now that's enough for a while.

Perhaps you can feel that a heart that can forgive is able to love,

Capable to love itself.

Your heart knows how to be true to yourself.

And when you are true to yourself,

Your heart is in unity and you feel whole and complete.

Thank your heart for this beautiful gift of its power and love.

Then breathe slightly lower into your stomach,

Into the stomach region,

Your upper abdomen.

Breathe deeply into your stomach pit.

This is an area in your body where a lot of emotions can be trapped.

Your stomach pit is a deep and special center where a lot of wisdom and truth resides.

Breathe it wider and lighter.

Breathe deep into this stomach center without wanting to change anything.

Just be here and connect.

Breathe deeply into the pits of the stomach,

The center of wisdom and truth.

For today,

It's enough to honor this wise center with a greeting and gratitude.

Feel how this center is connected to your heart center.

The openness of your heart may also be able to create space into that stomach region.

Then place your attention even lower,

Further into your body,

To your lower abdomen,

To your center,

Your hara.

Consciously breathe calm and relaxed into your belly.

May your inhale sink all the way deep,

Deep,

Deep into your belly.

Feel how this center is connected to your stomach pit and the center of your heart.

Notice how these centers support and interconnect.

See how these centers support each other,

How they are interconnected and reinforce each other.

Breathe in and out,

Slowly and relaxed,

Into your belly center,

Into your hara.

Feel and experience your center further and further opening up,

Your hara,

The place of your natural vibrancy.

Make it as spacious as you want.

Dare to surrender to it completely.

Keep breathing calm and relaxed.

Keep it light and keep it loving.

Then imagine you step into the warm bath of your center.

Immerse yourself completely in it.

Surrender yourself completely to this energy.

Let go of everything you are holding on to.

Surrender yourself completely.

Feel how you relax a little further and further and even more.

Surrender to this beautiful energy.

Keep breathing calmly.

Perhaps there is a natural sigh of relaxation.

Let it all happen.

You feel light,

Relaxed and loved.

You are cherished by this being energy,

Your being energy.

This is the energy you came to earth with.

You came to earth to make the earth a little more beautiful and lighter.

Enjoy the beauty of yourself.

You are in a unique expression of nature,

As you so delightfully float in the warm bath of your own hara.

Everything that no longer suits you is washed away from you.

It is absorbed into the earth.

You don't have to do anything for this.

You just have to surrender and enjoy.

Then place your attention again on your whole body.

Feel the live energy flowing through your body,

Through your toes,

Your legs,

Your knees,

Your pelvis,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your shoulders,

Arms and fingers,

Your throat,

Neck and your head.

Feel the earth beneath you,

This nourishing,

Loving earth mother.

Feel her energy pulsing with yours.

Feel the space around you,

The field of all possibilities,

The infinite space around you.

Feel your natural sense of being and rest in it.

Then reconnect with the intention you choose at the beginning of this meditation.

Maybe you might experience where that intention resides in your body.

Give it some extra attention,

Focus and energy and trust you can go back and reconnect with it at any time.

Experience your natural state of being,

Where there is no pressure,

Where nothing is expected of you.

Breathe and relax.

Feel your body resting again on the surface you are sitting on.

Feel your arms and legs.

Stretch a bit.

Shake your body a little.

And then return to the space of your own,

At your own pace,

With your attention.

And then notice that even with your eyes a bit open,

The energy,

The peace and the space can still be felt in your system.

Take this with you during the day.

For now,
