Stephen has been practicing yoga and meditation for nearly 25 years. After spending a quarter century working in the technology world, he decided to change paths and now teaches mindfulness meditation full time. He's trained at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, The Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, the Mindfulness and Health Institute, The Path, and the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, MA.
