Shifting from a 3D to a 5D work ethic.
Many years ago the Puritans left England and sailed to America.
In many ways this was a blessing for England and less so for America.
The Puritan work ethic,
Also known as the Protestant work ethic,
Emphasises diligence,
Discipline and frugality as virtues.
This ethic suggests that hard work and success in one's vocation are not just economic activities but also expressions of faith and a means of serving God.
And many in the Western world have inherited this old ethic.
Many in the Western world feel psychologically impelled to work much too hard for no real reason.
There is an ongoing push to be busy,
Productive.
The Puritan mindset combined with the Industrial Revolution mindset.
And this meant we are programmed to be busy all day long and fear idleness.
And this mindset has been carried into our present age of work and business.
This mindset is often accompanied by a lot of self-judgement when we feel we have not worked hard enough,
Produced enough.
On the other hand a rigid sense of self-righteousness when we have worked hard.
Now in April 2019 I was running a workshop in New Jersey and on the morning of the second day of that workshop I was woken up at 5am and began channeling something called a new 5D work ethic.
And here it is.
Whereas the old ethic is about hard work,
Productivity,
Chasing money,
Possessions,
Success and happiness.
The new 5D work ethic completely reverses this way of thinking.
This ethic is about being a player rather than a worker.
We are meant to be a joyful player rather than a serious worker.
Here this form of play is done from our authentic self and from our joyful self,
From our love and sense of purpose rather than from our conditioned self that follows set rules.
This is not about what the world demands from us,
But what our heart and soul want to offer the world.
We shake off outdated definitions of play as being wasteful and embrace play as the foundation of our new work ethic.
Creative fun and creative expression are key elements of this new ethic.
Here we embrace stillness and creative daydreaming in our lives and in our work.
This ethic says we are here to do what makes our hearts sing and our toes dance.
This is of course a form of heresy to the old work ethic.
This new ethic literally opens us up to a whole new universe of possibility,
One that is more magical,
One that has a greater sense of ease,
Flow and synchronicity,
One where we allow,
Attract and create our reality from the inside out.
This ethic states that we are all gifted and talented,
Each in their own unique way.
This ethic states that abundance is our birthright and that scarcity is a human invention,
A human fabrication,
Part of the outgoing work ethic.
Within this new paradigm,
We are the creators of our destiny.
We determine the rules we live by and these rules are informed by our core values,
Dreams,
Gifts and natural talents.
Here happiness and success are not attained through chasing anything.
There are no limits or conditions imposed by this universe on our happiness,
Abundance or success.
As we embrace this new vibrational space,
We begin to see and experience a more miraculous world.
Here time takes on a different quality and we choose to use our time well and to the full.
Many blessings.
