As a 25+years meditator, Ruth has studied mindbody wellbeing her whole life and now brings wellbeing into workplaces to support teams and leaders with evidence-based wellbeing programs and workshops. Qualifications: Masters in Biomedical Meditation Therapy & Allied Health, a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Public Health, 500+ hour YTT, Level 3 Professional Wellness Coach. An easy to follow, classically structured session with the perfect length for me to maintain awareness. The tone and accent of the voice are soothing, and the pace of the body scan is just the right speed. Opposite sensations were thorough and not rushed, and one of the visualizations almost made me chuckle. The reverberating bell was a bit extra, but overall I really enjoyed it and will have this on replay for sure 😊

Very gentle and sweet morning practice. I can sense your calm and loving momma energy. I love the sounds of nature in the background. And the sweet sound of your babe’s breath.
