Welcome to this meditation womb of sound,

Healing and serenity.

My name is Suzanne Lawson.

In the womb's gentle cradle,

A world unseen,

Where miracles bloom in a mystical sheen.

In the hush of its chambers,

Secrets are spun,

As the dance of creation is gracefully begun.

With in its sacred confines,

Time takes flight,

In the tender embrace of day and night.

Through cycles of life,

A journey unfolds,

In the womb's warm embrace,

Destiny moulds.

With each tender heartbeat,

A rhythm divine,

A symphony of life in the womb's design.

From the first flutter to the final sigh,

In the womb's embrace,

Souls learn to fly.

Through whispers of hope and dreams untold,

In the womb's embrace,

Futures unfold.

A sanctuary of love,

A cradle of grace,

In the womb's embrace,

Eternities embrace.

Take your time to find a comfortable position for this meditation,

Either lying down on your back in traditional shavasana pose,

Sitting in a chair with the soles of your feet on the ground,

Or sitting cross-legged on a meditation cushion so that your knees are lower than your hips.

Allow yourself to get comfortable with a blanket or socks on your feet,

And let your body settle into a state of relaxation,

If it feels comfortable close your eyes,

And take a deep breath in through the nose,

And then as you exhale slowly through the mouth,

Release any tension you may be holding onto.

Let's do that two more times,

Inhale,

And exhale,

And as you're breathing in,

Drawing that belly in,

Drawing that breath all the way up,

And as you exhale,

Just allow that body to melt,

Allow all of your limbs,

All of your organs just to relax,

Releasing any tension that you may be holding onto.

Now imagine yourself surrounded by a gentle,

Soothing light.

Imagine you're in this sacred space,

Enveloped by the healing power of the sound.

Much like the gentle whispers of life within the womb.

So as you listen to the music,

Imagine the beat,

The melody,

Echoing through the chambers of your being,

Each note a gentle caress,

Soothing and comforting.

As you tune into the sound,

Feel its vibrations reverberating through every fibre of your being,

Much like the symphony of creation within the womb's tender embrace.

With each breath,

Allow the healing energy of sound to penetrate deeper,

Dissolving any blockages or tensions held within your body,

Within your mind,

Or beyond within your spirit.

Like stars twinkling in the vast expanse of the cosmos,

Allow the healing power of sound to illuminate the hidden corners of your soul,

Guiding you towards a state of profound inner peace and harmony.

Allow the sound to wash over you like a gentle wave,

Carrying away any worries or fears,

Leaving behind a sense of tranquillity and serenity.

In this moment,

You are cradled in the loving embrace of sound,

Much like the nurturing sanctuary of the womb.

Feel its comforting presence surrounding you,

Offering solace and renewal as you surrender to its healing embrace.

Now that you have relaxed,

If you haven't already and it feels comfortable,

Close the eyes and just allow your breath to be steady and even.

There's no need to think about your breathing,

Just allow your breath to come in and out through the nose.

Breathing in and breathing out.

We will begin.

Start by bringing your awareness to your right foot.

Notice any sensations you may feel there,

Perhaps a gentle warmth,

A subtle tingling,

Or simply the weight of your foot against the floor.

Take a moment to thank your foot for supporting you and carrying you through each step of your journey.

Now slowly shift your attention to your right ankle.

Feel the joint gently flex and extend with each breath,

As if it's the breath moving through your ankle.

Allow any tension or stiffness in the ankle to melt away,

Leaving behind a sense of ease and relaxation.

Moving upward bring your awareness to your right calf.

Notice the muscles gently contracting and releasing with each movement,

Like the ebb and flow of the tide.

Feel a sense of gratitude for your calf muscles,

Which help you move gracefully through life's twists and turns.

Now continue to the right knee,

Where you may feel a subtle sensation of stability and support.

Thank your knee for its strength and resilience,

Allowing you to bend and flex with ease.

Now shift your focus to your right thigh.

Feel the powerful muscles that propel you forward with each step,

Carrying you towards your dreams and aspirations.

Take a moment to honour your thigh for its strength and endurance.

So now let's just take a moment,

Listen to the music,

As you take your attention to your right foot,

To your right ankle,

To your right calf,

To your right knee and to your right thigh.

So moving up to your right hip now,

Notice any sensation of openness or tightness in the right hip joint.

With each breath,

Imagine any tension melting away,

Leaving behind a feeling of spaciousness and freedom.

Now bring your attention to your lower abdomen on the right side.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your breath,

Like a soft wave washing over the shore.

Allow your breath to nourish and replenish you from the inside out.

Next shift your focus to your right hand.

Notice any sensations you may feel there,

Perhaps the warmth of your palm,

The gentle pulse of your heartbeat,

Or the subtle energy flowing through your fingertips.

Take a moment to appreciate your hands for all it does,

From simple tasks to acts of kindness and creativity.

Moving up to your right wrist,

Feel the joint moving effortlessly with each subtle movement of your hand.

Allow any tension or stiffness to dissolve,

Leaving behind a sense of ease and fluidity.

Continue to your right forearm,

Noticing the muscles gently contracting and releasing with each movement.

Feel a sense of gratitude for your forearm,

Which allows you to reach out and connect with the world around you.

Let us take a moment,

Listening to the music,

Thinking about your right hip,

Lower abdomen,

Your right hand,

Your right wrist,

And your right forearm.

Nabbering your awareness to your right elbow,

Notice any sensations of support and stability in the joint,

Allowing you to bend and flex with grace and ease.

Moving up to your right upper arm,

Feel the strength and power of the muscles that support you as you reach for your goals and aspirations.

Take a moment to honour your upper arm for its resilience and determination.

Next,

Shift your focus to your right shoulder.

Notice any sensations of tension or tightness in the joint.

With each breath,

Imagine any stress melting away,

Leaving behind a feeling of openness and relaxation.

Nabbering your attention to your right side of the chest,

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath,

Like the rhythmic beating of a drum.

Allow your breath to fill you with a sense of peace and calm,

Radiating out towards your heart centre.

Moving up to your right collarbone,

Feel the stability and support it provides for your upper body.

Take a moment to thank your collarbone for its strength and resilience,

Allowing you to stand tall and confident in your own skin.

So now listen to the music,

Thinking about your right elbow,

Your right upper arm,

Your right shoulder,

The right side of your chest and your right collarbone.

Now shift your focus to the right side of the neck.

Notice any sensations of tension or tightness in the muscles,

And with each breath,

Imagine any stress melting away,

Leaving behind a feeling of lightness and ease.

Moving up to your right ear,

Notice any sounds you may hear,

Perhaps the gentle rustle of leaves in the wind,

The soothing rhythm of your breath,

Or the steady beat of your own heart.

Take a moment to appreciate your sense of hearing,

Which connects you to the world around you in a beautiful and profound way.

Now bring your awareness to your right cheek,

Notice any sensations you may feel there,

Perhaps the warmth of your skin,

The gentle brush of a breeze,

Or the subtle movement of your facial muscles.

Take a moment to thank your cheek for its expressiveness and vitality,

Allowing you to smile,

Laugh and connect with others.

Moving up to your right eye,

Notice any sensations you may feel there,

Perhaps the soft flush of your eyelash,

The gentle blink of your eyelid,

Or the subtle movement of your eyeball.

Take a moment to appreciate your sense of sight,

Which allows you to see the beauty within.

So now just take this time to think about the right side of your neck,

Your right ear,

Your right cheek,

Your right eye.

Next shift your focus to the right side of your forehead,

Noticing any sensations you may feel,

Perhaps the gentle furrow of your brow,

The soft touch of your fingertips,

Or the subtle movement of your hair.

Take a moment to thank your forehead for its strength and resilience,

Allowing you to face life's challenges with courage and determination.

Now bring your awareness to your right side of the head,

Notice any sensations you may feel,

Perhaps the gentle pressure of your skull against the ground,

The subtle movement of your hair,

Or the soothing rhythm of your breath.

Take a moment to thank your head for its wisdom and clarity,

Allowing you to think,

Reason and make sense of the world around you.

Now that you've tuned in to the right side of your body,

Take a moment to notice how you feel,

Notice any sensations of warmth,

Openness or relaxation that may arise,

And allow yourself to bask in this sense of peace and well-being.

So now let us take our attention to the left side of our body,

And we'll start by taking our focus to the left side of the head,

Noticing any sensations you may feel,

Perhaps the gentle pressure of your skull against the ground,

The subtle movement of your hair,

Or the soothing rhythm of your breath.

Thank your head for its wisdom and clarity,

Allowing you to think,

Reason and make sense of the world around you.

Now let's focus on the left side of our forehead,

Noticing any sensations.

Taking a moment to thank your forehead for its strength and resilience,

Moving down to the left eye,

Noticing your eyelashes,

Your eyelids,

Your eyeball in its socket,

Allowing you to see the beauty and wonder of the world around you.

Moving down to the left cheek,

Noticing any sensations,

Thanking your cheek to allow you to smile and laugh.

And then we move down to the left ear,

Noticing any sounds other than the sound of my voice or the music that you may be able to hear in the room that you are in,

Or maybe it's just the steady beat of your own heart,

Appreciating the sense of hearing which connects you to the world around you.

We now move to the left side of the neck,

Noticing tension or tightness and allowing those muscles to relax with each breath,

Allowing the stress to melt away,

Leaving behind a feeling of lightness and ease.

Next coming down to the left collarbone,

Taking a moment to thank your collarbone for its strength and resilience,

Allowing you to stand tall.

So let's just take a moment there to review from the top of the head,

Across the face and the neck and the collarbone.

Before we move on.

Now bring your attention to the left side of your chest,

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath,

Allowing your breath to fill you with a sense of peace and calm.

Focusing towards your left shoulder,

Noticing any tension or tightness.

With each breath,

Allowing the stress to melt away,

Leaving behind a feeling of openness and relaxation.

Moving down to the left upper arm,

Noticing the power of the muscles that support you.

And then we move down to our left elbow.

As we breathe in and breathe out,

Connecting with the stability in this joint of the left elbow.

Continuing to the left forearm,

Noticing muscles contracting and releasing,

Feeling a sense of gratitude for your forearm.

Moving down to the left wrist,

Allowing any tension or stiffness to dissolve.

As you melt further and further into this meditation,

Let's shift our focus to the left hand.

Notice any sensation,

The warmth of your palm,

The pulse of your heartbeat,

Subtle energy flowing through your fingertips.

Take a moment to appreciate your hand for all it does,

From simple everyday tasks to creativity.

Let's bring the attention now to the lower abdomen on the left side.

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of the breath,

Like a soft wave washing over the shoulder.

As we move down to the left hip,

Notice any sensations of openness or tightness in the joint.

With each breath,

Imagine any tension melting away,

Leaving behind a feeling of spaciousness and freedom.

So take this time now to just notice where you're feeling any tension between the collar bone and the left hip.

Send your attention to the tension,

And as you inhale and exhale,

Allow that tension to just release and let go.

Now let's shift your focus to your left thigh.

Feel the powerful muscles that propel you forward with each step,

Carrying you towards your dreams and aspirations.

Continuing down to the left knee,

Where you may feel a subtle sensation of stability and support.

As we move down,

Bringing awareness to the right calf,

Notice the muscles gently contracting and releasing with each movement,

Like the ebb and flow of the tide.

We then shift our attention to the left ankle,

Noticing how it flexes and extends with each breath,

As if it's breathing along with you,

Allowing any tension or stiffness in the ankle to melt away.

And finally,

We bring our awareness to our left foot.

Notice any sensations you may feel,

Maybe warmth,

A subtle tingling,

Or simply the weight of your foot against the floor,

In whichever position you're in.

So let us just take a moment,

Just to recognise and ease out any more tension,

All the way from the lower abdomen,

All the way down to the left foot.

As this meditation gently draws to a close,

Take a moment to bask in the profound stillness that surrounds you,

Knowing that you carry the healing power of sound within you always.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Bringing this sense of peace and tranquillity within you as you continue on your journey.

Thank you for joining me in this meditation.
