Certified in traditional Hatha Tantra yoga and meditation, a personal- and business consultant, and a creative and artist at heart, Lisen’s classes build upon her core methodology — a blend of motivational language, spoken word and breathwork —by adding mindful movement to challenge and restore both body and mind all at once.
