Many of our deepest struggles are imaginary problems—stories the mind creates and projects onto reality. This session is a direct invitation to let go of the illusion of lack and see the profound difference between the noise of the mind and the absolute stillness of the present moment, where you are inherently whole and nothing is missing.

Isn't it interesting how we could go on and on and on about all of our problems,

Yet in the reality of right now you're perfectly fine?

There's this,

And there's this,

And there's this,

And there's this.

There was that,

And there was that.

There might be this.

Yada,

Yada,

Yada,

Yada.

And here we are,

Rested in the same moment that has always been.

There's a realness to what you are that is not a collection of thoughts.

And that realness of what you are is so incredibly held by life.

And in that life that's actually happening,

There's nothing missing.

We have so many creative stories,

So much so that we can't even see beyond those stories.

We think those stories are real.

I am this,

I am that.

This is my life.

And then that becomes our reality.

Do you see this?

We project it onto reality and it looks like it's there.

And in one way,

You know,

And maybe for some it's just,

It's so obvious,

This difference between life and the mind.

And then for some,

Life is the mind.

It's kind of like being convinced you are who you think you are.

Like whatever thoughts you have about yourself,

You think it's real.

You think that's life,

That's really who you are.

Do you see that there's just no space before that?

There's a projection of mind outward and you look at that projection and you think,

Oh yeah,

That's real.

You're looking at your imagination and saying it's real.

Imagination.

You are looking at the content in your mind,

Thinking it's in front of you as a reality.

That's fascinating.

Furthermore,

You think that it's out there and you tell all sorts of stories about the power it has over you,

Which is to imagine a power it has over you.

And it's understandable.

Imagine you have a dream at night and in your dream you think it's real.

Should you be judged for that?

Does that mean it's wrong?

No,

It makes sense.

It makes sense that you would think it's real,

But it's not.

You
