This guided exercise and visualization is designed for children and suitable for hearts of all ages. I've been energizing myself daily for over 30 years spinning just like this! It just takes seconds to align all systems for a wonderful start to every day. As you practice more and more, you’ll be able to spin faster and faster. Eventually, you’ll feel deliciously happy, joyful, and blissful as you spin and spin. You might even experience that you’re like the eye of a hurricane — completely at peace while your body spins and spins. Then, when you stop, you’ll be able to feel energy pulsating throughout your body. Every cell will vibrate with vitality like a ray of sunshine! The spinning Earth.

Did you know the Earth spins or rotates round and round just like a ball?

It spins around the Sun along with the other planets in our solar system.

And the Earth,

Sun,

And other planets and objects in our solar system,

As well as our solar system,

Are moving through space.

Movement helps keep your body healthy and happy.

Let's pretend you're the Earth spinning around the Sun.

Start by standing in a very large open space.

Please make sure there's nothing around you to bump into.

Some carpet or grass under your feet in case you fall would be great too.

Bring your feet close together and lift your arms up and out to your sides until they are shoulder-high.

Face your palms toward the ceiling or sky.

Turn your head and fix your eyes on your right palm.

Keep looking at your right palm the entire time you spin.

Now slowly turn your feet in place to the right.

Breathe slowly and deeply,

Keeping your awareness,

Your attention,

In the soles of your feet for stability.

Just turn four or five times slowly to begin with.

When you stop,

Bring your arms down and rest your hands on your hips.

Turn your head forward and stare at a spot directly in front of you.

Breathe slowly and deeply and wait for any dizzy feeling to go away.

Add a few more turns each day or every several days until you're spinning around 21 or more times each day.

As you practice more and more you'll be able to spin faster and faster.

Eventually you'll feel deliciously happy,

Joyful,

And blissful as you spin and spin.

You might even experience that you're like the eye of a hurricane,

Completely at peace while your body spins and spins.

Then when you stop you'll be able to feel energy pulsating throughout your body.

Every cell will vibrate with vitality like a ray of sunshine.
