Hello and welcome.

Thank you for joining me for these morning gratitude meditation practice.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Gently closing your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Fill in your lungs completely and then slowly exhale through your mouth like you're blowing out a candle.

Releasing any tension.

Let's do that a couple more times.

Breathing in through the nose.

Watching your belly rise.

Filling your lungs and exhaling through your mouth.

Let each exhale bring you into a deeper sense of calm.

Breathing in again through the nose.

And exhale through the mouth.

Now I want you to place your hand over your heart.

Connecting with the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Feel the warmth of your hand.

The steady rhythm beneath it.

Take a moment to thank your body for carrying you into this new day.

I want you to bring to mind three things you're grateful for this morning.

These could be as simple as the warmth of your bed.

The sunrise.

Your warm cup of coffee or a nourishing breakfast.

The chance to experience a new day.

With each thought,

Imagine a warm light growing in your heart.

Expanding with every breath you take.

Filling you with peace and appreciation.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I welcome this new day with gratitude.

I am thankful for all that I have.

I am thankful for all that is yet to come.

Take one more deep breath in to seal your practice.

And exhale through your mouth,

Allowing this feeling of gratitude to settle within you.

Gently open your eyes.

And carry this peace and gratefulness into your day with you.

Use this moment to be grateful for all that is yet to come.

Use this meditation each morning to cultivate a mindset of gratitude and abundance.

It's a simple but powerful way to align yourself with positivity before you step into your day ahead.

Namaste.
