You you you you you and today I'd like to continue with the meditation as promised yesterday but also to highlight a few very important core aspects of karma yoga and of karma yoga but also of spiritual practice in the world and one very important point to remember is energy and I speak about energy simply because of course the way you feel,
The way you think,
The energy of your body in the sense of how you're feeling,
How you're thinking and how you are greatly influenced and are important for the karma yoga and the spiritual practice in every sense and often we forget this aspect as the mind zooms into the focus of whatever is going on we forget the more subtle energies which are vital in this practical work that I'm now communicating to you vital simply because we are more than the mind as you know this already I won't explain more you're more than the thinking process so the energy of space which is around your manifestation around the soul aspect of your being is what creates a specific vibration and some of that vibration is manifest in the physical body as it is manifest in this moment in your thinking,
In your feeling but of course there is more beyond the vibration of material there is the more subtle matter which is there everywhere and that subtle matter,
That vibration is specific to you but also connects you to all the vibration that is around the great universe,
The great aspect of space that goes beyond even time and the limit of perception is there ever expanding into a vibration that is the sound of the divine and that beautiful sound may be heard very clearly when karma yoga is focused and in tuned to this vibration and when you are in this space where you are the aspect of resonance of that vibration you basically are living life to its maximum,
You are living life to its more full potential and your vibration then becomes part of the great symphony rather than a sense of separation that happens when that vibration is not in resonance deep inside of the soul and that then allows for spiritual liberation or moksha and this is so vital because basically everything else is a waste of time,
If you are gathering knowledge with dust on the periphery then that knowledge is best suited for libraries or for the internet or for wherever and that it can be set aside and looked upon when the mind is curious to find out whatever it is it needs to find out but true knowledge is alive and that resonance inside of yourself,
That aliveness inside of yourself then is manifest in your meditation or whatever you are doing,
The karma yoga tasks that you are doing create an extension of yourself and allow for that resonance to happen beautifully in everything that is wonderful because then every step that you take carries with it a spiritual significance even the energy of those steps before you take them have meaning even the space before the thought that allows for those steps to be taken has meaning this is why today I shared with the world one of the beautiful quotes that Kabir wrote many hundreds of years ago that sitting next to a sadhu,
And a sadhu is a Sanskrit word for someone who is free of the mundane,
The material and has chosen to be totally embracing the divine in their living actions the sadhu,
Being close to the sadhu is like being close to a perfume seller even if you can't afford to buy the perfume,
The fact that you are there present to all the beautiful perfumes that are being sold you are able to breathe their fragrance in and understand the depth and the value of what is there that is wonderful because then the dust that people gather on books and knowledge and the dogmatism that very often is part of,
Deeply part of mysticism and also of mundane religions don't really appeal anymore to that part of you,
The heart that is seeking for something more direct,
More sincere,
More real and what more real is there than the recognition that something inside of you is truly beautiful rather than being told that something inside of you is beautiful the true mystic,
The true master will always make sure that that awakening happens within yourself rather than alluding to the fact that these aspects external to yourself are important the perfume is within your heart,
The fragrance of truth is there for everyone to experience in this beautiful way but only when you come back close to the resonance,
Close back to the vibration that is true and it is not in the words that are put out there today in the world this is why Kibbe continues,
That which you see is not,
And for that which you have,
And for that which is,
You have no words this beautiful explanation then says exactly what is being communicated here today that truth,
The vibration of truth is beyond anything that your mind has seen before it is beyond anything that that picture that we have that creates reality understands but at the same time it is everywhere of course that is what is being implied,
That truth is in all things but you simply can't see it because you have no space that allows for that direct connection to then manifest into thought form or into a specific picture that makes sense,
It is beyond such and this is why you have no words because language is limited to the peripheries of senses and experiences that come from the past or are projected from the past onto the future in this moment there is just vibration and that vibration is beautiful this is why the mantra is so valuable the vibration of sat-nam,
Sat-yanam is reflecting back the essence deep within and creating a resonance from that external world,
The mundane that we practice our karma yoga and daily activity and spiritual work,
The mundane that we know and from there that resonance when we repeat the truth that is deep within our hearts in words then bring us back to a place where there is no words where the mind cannot comprehend anything,
The mind of the past or the mind of the future but the universal mind that is in this present moment is able to completely move into the vibration of divine wisdom that which is,
You have no words drop the concepts in deep meditation and when your practice of spiritual work,
Karma yoga is happening drop everything and be present to what is going on,
Be present to the vibration of what is going on especially blessed are you when you are in front of a sadhu and doing this work because then this resonance is multiplied,
Magnified to a degree that the mind cannot understand that the world out there has no words for,
Hence being caught up in the illusions of other words the direct transmission happens in this space of vibration this space of vibration is deep within yourself,
Coming back to that space allows for transmission to happen the transmission of all that is beautifully present in this wonderful sound of vibration the beautiful trees,
The beautiful mountains,
The beautiful aspects of nature that reflect back to your vibration that goes beyond what you understand that they are in themselves a reflection of that universal wisdom that your mind then on the periphery is able to just manage to understand through direct experience,
Through understanding beauty,
Through feeling touched by poetry through being touched by the feeling of being touched by beauty,
Through the awareness that you are part of this magnificent reality that is vibration,
Vibration is not a concept,
Vibration is being in this present moment as you take a deep breath,
Being aware of the vibration of breath,
Being aware of the vibration around this space anchoring yourself in this space,
Where everything just drops into nothing,
Into a point of deep stillness where all that is present is that sense of awareness listen to the vibration of your breath as you breathe in and breathe out listen to the vibration beyond the sound of your breath,
The resonance in the body as you breathe in and breathe out listen to the vibration that is even beyond this,
The stillness,
The resonance that happens in this magnificent space of stillness as you breathe in and breathe out,
Be aware as you come back home to this vibration that the energy that is around you,
The energy of all that is around you comes directly to this space of stillness as you lose this space of stillness,
Be aware that the sense of oneness embraces the expansion where universal wisdom body is not part of just your thinking process,
But universal wisdom is the divine speaking in all aspects of life,
The wisdom of the trees,
The wisdom of the mountains,
The wisdom of the galaxy,
The planets,
The stars,
The wisdom of all the saints and mystics and masters of past,
Of present be touched by this wisdom,
Be open,
Be courageous and allow all else to drop so that direct transmission happens and celebrate this in your breath allow the vibration of joy to be present in your breath and as you celebrate this with every breath that you take,
Every deep in breath,
Every deep out breath allow this vibration to be present in the mundane actions that happen in every step that you take here in this beautiful world,
Allow this vibration to be present in all your Kali Yoga work,
In all the practical,
Spiritual aspects that need to happen today be aware that this vibration is present as you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently coming back to the world,
The mundane world and joyously celebrating the divine in all its magnificence.
