For me, meditation is a way to calm my mind, feel grounded and safe in my body, connect to people across the world, and manage my anxiety and depression. My goal is to build a space that feels accessible and safe to all. I hope to share practices for people of all levels with an emphasis on compassion and mindfulness, an appreciation for those who founded the practice of meditation & yoga, and a certain level of silliness.
