Peaceful vibes meditation.

Peaceful vibes meditation.

Welcome to today's guided meditation.

I invite you to come to a comfortable seat or a reclining.

If it feels comfortable for you,

Gently close the eyes or soften the gaze down and out a few feet in front of you.

Exhale all of the air and inhale for the count of 1,

2,

3,

4 and pause.

Exhale 1,

2,

3,

4,

Pause.

Inhale 1,

2,

3,

4,

Pause and exhale 1,

2,

3,

4,

Pause.

Take a few more rounds of breath at your own pace.

As you do so,

I invite you to think of an affirming word.

Something that has been resonating with you.

As you inhale,

See that word come up and enter through your nose.

As you exhale,

See the opposite of that word leave your body.

For example,

You could use the word peace.

I inhale peace,

I exhale chaos.

Inhale peace,

Exhale chaos.

You may choose to use those two words or whatever is most resonating with you.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

If your mind has drifted,

Gently acknowledge the thought and return to your inhale and exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Allow yourself to be here in this moment,

Present with the practice.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Be patient with yourself as you bring your attention back to your inhales and exhales.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Gently bring your awareness back to the space around you,

Returning to your natural breath.

I invite you to place one hand at your heart center,

And one hand at your belly.

Taking one more deep inhale,

And a nice long exhale.

Show yourself gratitude for showing up for today's practice.
