Howlite energy offers the experience of stillness. This guided meditation serves to slow down rapid moving energy whether from a racing mind, anxiousness, insomnia, excessive worry or overstimulating/escalating energy. Physically having howlite for this meditation is not a requirement, as its consciousness can be accessed without its presence. However, if you have howlite to use for this meditation you may enjoy placing in on your brow, the center of your chest or the palms of your hands.

This How Light Gem meditation serves to slow down rapid moving energy patterns that feel overwhelming and disconnecting you from a sense of peace.

How Light offers the experience of stillness.

Breathing into your breath.

Feeling the air as it comes in through your nose expanding your chest and your abdomen.

Opening your exhale as it leaves your body.

Allowing your body to feel heavy.

And starting to become very aware of your current state.

Being aware of any energy within you that is moving too rapidly,

Building too rapidly.

This could be manifesting as anxiety,

Racing thoughts or excessive worry,

Not being able to sleep.

Just seeing that energy within yourself.

And shifting to consciously connecting to the energy and the vibration of How Light.

Having How Light's consciousness take you from where you are now to the image of a very fast moving waterfall cascading into a pool.

You can hear the rush of the water,

Rushing energy.

It is strong and loud.

And bursts over the waterfall,

Spraying water everywhere as it plunges into the pool making great waves and splash.

Feel this is a direct representation of that rapid moving energy within you that needs to slow down.

Start to focus on the water coming over the waterfall.

Start to imagine less water.

It no longer is bursting over the top of the waterfall.

Becomes a slower stream.

Less velocity and power.

Keep imagining that running water becoming less and less in volume and speed.

Until it eventually comes down to a small drip before ceasing completely.

You're able to turn your attention toward the pool.

Looks very affected by the waterfall.

The water within the pool is waving and lapping up against the sides causing water to splash out.

But as the running water from the waterfall has ceased,

Starting to watch the pool slowly come to a standstill.

The water no longer splashes up at the edges.

The ripples from the center of the pool become slower,

Smaller.

And as you watch the water in the pool from the center working out to the edges,

It all slowly starts to come to a still point.

The water becomes so calm and so still.

It looks like glass.

The water so still,

The pool becomes reflective.

You're able to see more clearly.

Take in what you can see in this reflective pool from your surroundings.

Maybe being able to see the sky,

Trees,

Hills or mountains.

Whatever it is,

Being able to truly see the reflection of something that gives you great stillness and peace within you.

Lift your consciousness from the reflective pool back to your body.

Feel the stillness within you.

Feel your body soften and feel centered.

Coming back through your breath.

Feeling the air as it moves in through your nose,

Expanding your chest.

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes.
