The purpose of the 3-part series on Manifestation Through Meditation is to connect with your internal divinity, let go of what no longer serves you, and manifest your ideal reality. The third part of this series is focused on manifesting your ideal reality.

Part 3.

Manifestation.

Welcome to the 3 part meditation series on manifestation through meditation.

The purpose of this series is to connect with the divinity within,

Let go of what no longer serves you and manifest your ideal reality.

The third part of this series is manifestation.

Manifestation in this series will consist of a 4 step process.

Step 1.

Connecting to the divinity within and attuning yourself to the divine source.

Step 2.

While supported by a divine source,

You will get specifically familiar with an unwanted habit,

Behavior,

Limited belief and declare it to the divine source that this no longer serves your highest good.

Step 3.

Give this unwanted aspect of yourself to the divine source and let it go.

Step 4.

Creative visualization.

Designing your ideal reality.

While attuned to the divine source,

You will embody your ideal reality as if you are already experiencing it in the present.

The purpose is to communicate and imprint into the quantum field.

The quantum field is the mind of divinity.

The more we can feel and think from this place of it already existing,

The more it will align with that potential inside the quantum field.

Thus,

The divine source will orchestrate and attract circumstances,

Events and people in order to manifest your ideal reality.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

If you are sitting,

Place your hands on your lap,

Palms facing up and straighten your back.

If you are lying down,

Place your arms at the side with your palms facing up.

Now we will place our attention to our breath.

These breaths will be a slow and deep 4 second count inhale through the nose,

A 4 second pause at the top of your breath and a 4 second exhale through the mouth.

Let us begin now.

Take a slow deep inhale through the nose,

3,

4 and at the top of your breath,

Hold it for 4 seconds,

2,

3,

4 and slowly exhale through the mouth,

2,

3,

4.

Very good.

Again,

Take a slow deep inhale through the nose,

2,

3,

4 and at the top of your breath,

Hold it for 4 seconds,

2,

3,

4 and slowly exhale through the mouth,

2,

3,

4.

Releasing,

Relaxing.

Now go ahead and do this a couple more times.

Very good.

Now return to your normal natural breathing and as you return to your natural breath,

Continue to relax the body,

Releasing any stress or tension through your breath.

Fantastic,

You're releasing,

Your whole body is relaxing and let it all go.

In this moment,

There is only now.

No thought of what to do or what has to be done.

No thoughts about the future.

No thoughts about the past,

What you could have done or should have done.

Here in the now,

We let all of that go.

Releasing,

Relaxing.

There is only the present moment,

The here and now and in this moment,

We are releasing,

We are relaxing,

We are letting go and following our breath.

Now as you continue to relax,

Imagine a small,

Beautiful,

White,

Pure light in the center of your chest.

And as you focus on this white light,

It begins to expand and grow.

This beautiful,

Pure white light has healing properties and as it continues to grow,

It repairs your cells,

The fibers of your muscles and flows into your bloodstream,

Cleaning your blood,

Veins and arteries.

This beautiful,

Pure healing light cleans and heals your internal organs and bones.

This white light continues to grow and move throughout the body,

Healing,

Cleansing.

This pure white light begins to extend outside the body and fill the space that you're in.

This light will continue to expand outside of this space and expand and engulf the entire earth.

As this white light continues to expand,

It radiates out into space,

Moving past the moon,

Past the sun,

Past our galaxy and out into the universe.

This light reaches the source of creation at the very start of the universe.

Here,

The source of divinity itself blends with your energy.

Here in this moment,

You are one with the divine.

Feel the unconditional love.

Feel the divine within you and outside of you.

Sit with this pure white light of bliss.

Allow yourself to continue to blend and embrace the love and purity of all of creation.

Now you will begin your journey back through the universe,

Still filled with the heart of creation.

Returning back to your galaxy,

Past the sun,

Past the moon.

Arriving at earth and slowly coming back to the space you are in and returning to your body.

As you continue to sit fully relaxed,

You are now filled with the blended pure bliss of divinity.

Know that you have made contact with the divine.

Know that the divine is in you.

Now for just a little while,

Feel the bliss.

Feel the love and feel the unity in all things.

Sit with pure divine power.

Now I would like you to think of a behavior or an aspect of yourself that you no longer want to be.

You want to get familiar with this aspect or behavior so that you become aware of when you first begin to act or behave in this way.

How do you feel when you are being this way?

What are your thoughts when you are being this way?

Allow the divine to shine light on how it is that you feel and think when you are being this aspect that no longer aligns with who you are.

Now allow the divine to shine light on how it is that you feel just before you begin to act or become this aspect of yourself.

What are the thoughts that you were thinking before you become this aspect of yourself?

What are the thoughts and feelings that lead you to behave or be this aspect of yourself?

Turn your attention inward to the divine and affirm and declare,

I give you this aspect of myself to you for it no longer serves me.

Affirm and declare,

This aspect or behavior was never loving towards me and it no longer serves my greatest good.

Declare and affirm,

I forgive myself for this behavior or aspect and I let it go.

Know that you have communicated with the divine and know that you are forgiven.

Know that the divine will shine light on the thoughts and feelings that rise up before it manifests into this aspect of yourself or behavior that is no longer you.

When you are fully conscious,

You will now be fully aware of these thoughts and feelings and choose to no longer be this aspect or behavior.

This will allow energy to be released leaving space for a new loving aspect or behavior to take its place.

Now let's begin to design your ideal reality.

Design it from the place of it already existing.

What does this ideal reality look like?

What does it feel like to live in this ideal reality?

What is your state of mind in this ideal reality?

You want to become so familiar as to what it feels like to be experiencing this ideal reality.

What are your behaviors?

What is the environment around you?

Now from this place of your ideal reality already manifested,

I want you to take it all in.

Elevate your emotions,

Feel gratitude all through your body for the manifestation of your ideal reality that you are currently experiencing.

Remember this feeling.

Fall in love with this ideal.

Send this elevated emotion as a signal into the divine mind to tune into that potential reality that already exists.

This ideal is already you.

All of your needs are met.

How do you talk?

How do you think?

How do you walk in this ideal reality?

This future is living now.

This is who you are.

Now turn your attention inside and thank the divine power for manifesting your ideal reality.

Know that you have communicated to the divine source and feel the gratitude of your ideal reality manifested.

Now let this ideal go and know it to be done.

You do not need to know how it will be done,

But just know the divine source will orchestrate and attract circumstances,

Events,

And people in order to manifest your ideal reality.

Now as we did in the beginning,

Take a slow deep breath in through the nose for 4 seconds.

2,

3,

4.

Pause at the top of your breath for 4 seconds.

2,

3,

4.

And exhale through the mouth for 4 seconds.

3,

4.

Release and relax.

Bring your attention back to where you are sitting or lying down.

Move your fingers and your toes and when ready,

You may open your eyes slowly,

Returning to your conscious awareness,

Feeling more aligned,

More aware,

More free,

And empowered.
