Just noticing your body,
Just noticing your breath.
Allowing the outside noise to soften,
To quiet.
Allowing your attention to tune inwards.

Notice the ground beneath you,
Making contact with your body.
And allow yourself to be heavy.
Allow the muscles to lighten and soften.
There's no need to clench or to grip,
To tighten or to tense.
You can allow yourself to let go.
You can allow yourself to be here.
Take another deep inhale in and a full exhale out.
Noticing the belly rise and fall with each breath you take.
Notice how the breath can calm your body.
Notice how the breath can ease your tension.
Notice how the breath can calm your mind.
You are not defined by who sees you.
You are not measured by the eyes that pass you by.
Your worth is woven into your very being.
Like the sun that shines,
Whether or not it's praised.
Like the ocean that moves,
Whether or not it's seen.
You,
Too,
Are vast.
You,
Too,
Are essential.

As we come deeper into the practice,
Just notice how you feel.
Maybe it's more grounding.
Maybe it's more ease.
Maybe it's more lightness.
Just notice.
Start to notice the thoughts in your mind.
Whatever you are thinking about,
Just for this moment,
Allow it to pass.
Just for this moment,
Allow it to pass.

Notice the sensations you may be feeling.
Notice the emotions you may be feeling.
If you can,
Try to put a name to it.
If you can't,
That's okay as well.
Allow your mind to rest.
Allow your body to soften.
Allow your breath to be deep.
Remember,
Your body is your home.
Home is in your body.
And whenever you feel less than,
Or whenever you feel down,
Remember always that your energy can come back here to this feeling you have cultivated right now in your body and your breath.
Your worth is woven into your very being.
Like the sun that shines,
Whether or not it's praised.
Like the ocean that moves,
Whether or not it's seen.
You too are vast.
You too are essential.
Allow those words to just sink in.
Let's take one more deep breath in and a nice big full breath out.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Just remember that this is a feeling you can always turn back to.
