Close your eyes.
Sit tall.
Drop your shoulders.
Whether you are sitting on a chair or on the ground,
Feel your sit bones securely grounded.
Start feeling each of your energy centers one by one,
From the bottom to the top.
Starting from the sacrum,
To stomach area,
To heart,
To throat,
To third eye,
To the top of your head.
Take a deep breath in,
Inhaling this beautiful spring breeze all the way to your root.
And exhale.
Inhale again,
Anchoring yourself onto Mother Earth.
And exhale all the way.
Breathe at your own natural pace.
As you get grounded,
Bring your attention to your heart center.
Can you feel your heartbeat?
Can you hear your heartbeat?
Can you feel the air coming in,
Circulating throughout your body and going out?
The air comes in and goes out.
And it goes on and on.
Just like the ocean waves.
Just like the gentle breeze.
And just like the never-ending cycle of seasons.
Our heartbeat is always in sync with the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
As we enter the new season of life,
Let's take a short trip to the new life that you are creating.
Although you might not be starting a new life in a new location,
Or doing something new,
The new season is not really about a specific time or a place.
Rather,
It's a certain frequency that creates the new season of life for you,
Regardless of time and place.
Everything is energy first,
And then it manifests externally.
What would you like the new season to be like?
What do you want to experience?
How would you like to live your everyday life?
What are the characteristics you want to embody?
How would you like to feel moments of happiness?
How would you like to feel moment by moment?
Perhaps you want to feel a deep sense of peace and joy.
Perhaps you want to feel loved and accepted as who you are.
Perhaps it's the pace you want to live your everyday life in.
The pace that allows you to savor every moment and witness beauty that surrounds you.
Take a moment and really feel everything you wish to experience in the new season.
Feel the sensation of it fully in your heart and in your body.
And when you think it cannot be any better than what you are already feeling,
Take one more step in and feel slightly better,
Slightly better,
Slightly lighter,
And slightly more excited.
By feeling the sensation in your heart and in your body,
You are becoming a magnet to what you desire.
That is how you create what you desire.
By being and holding the frequency of what you want to experience.
Keep feeling the radiant beautiful energy.
Stay there a little bit longer.
Feel a little bit more.
Between the past and the future,
There is always this present moment.
This is the only moment you have power over.
This present moment is the only time when you can shift things,
When you can create something new,
Something better,
No matter how small or insignificant that moment seems at a time.
As you walk into this new season of life,
Remember to take a pause and come back to the present moment over and over again and consciously create what you would like to experience by feeling how you would like to feel.
Let's conclude this meditation with two intentional breaths.
Take a breath in through your nose and sigh it out.
Take another breath in,
The biggest one yet today,
Birthing something new,
And exhale all the way,
Letting go of the old.
Slowly feel your toes and fingertips.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Welcome back.
The new life frequency is within you,
Right here,
Right now.
