Thank you for taking part in this gratitude meditation and full body blessing.

With eyes closed and in a place where you can fully relax,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly.

Once again,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Think of someone for whom you are grateful.

See the face of that person smiling and feel your heart well with gratitude for their presence in your life.

Tell them one specific thing you are thankful for about them.

Feel the gratitude wash over both of you,

Connecting you at a deep level.

Thank you.

Now spend some time in gratitude and blessing for you and your body.

Begin to feel grateful for the unique individual you are.

Think of a quality you possess for which you are grateful.

Deeply feel gratitude for that quality.

Thank you.

Now give thanks to your amazing,

Smart,

Healthy brain.

Thank you brain for your creativity,

Your memory,

And for all you do to keep the body healthy and safe.

Thank you healthy eyes.

Thank you for clear vision and focused eyesight.

Thank you nose and nasal passages for bringing oxygen and aromas into the body.

Thank you wonderful mouth,

Beautiful lips,

Healthy teeth,

Healthy tongue,

Healthy gums,

And strong dental work.

Thank you for taking in nourishment and for being the source of meaningful communication.

Thank you mouth for your smiles and laughter.

Thank you healthy ears for bringing the body,

The pure sounds of the world so clearly and crisply.

Thank you face for your unique beauty.

Thank you throat and neck for your healthy function.

Thank you throat for easy swallowing.

Thank you neck for easy movement.

Thank you healthy,

Resilient shoulders,

Amazing trapezoid and rhomboid muscles,

Upper arms,

Underarms,

Elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands,

And fingers.
