I especially love the two yoga nidras of yours, Zoe, that I have discovered- the "deep rest" and "sacred living" ones. . I particularly appreciate the images you bring in- "caterpillar in the cocoon" and- "surrounded by golden light," and similar ones. Also your emphases on the heart center. Oh, and your music- esp in the "deep rest one"- it's a vital part of that one's ability to sooothe and comfort, the musical rises and resolutions seem perfectly timed with your words of guidance. (Don't know how you did that, but great job!)....
I have "struggled" too much in my life- and yet these simple meditations return me to the simple truths of self-love, the peace that is possible and always present, and the Love that holds us all. I have also learned with Karen Brody and so can appreciate some of your path. You seem to be a top yoga nidra star, in my book, after trying very many. Another key: judicious use of words- not too many, allowing for true rest! Thank you so much and many blessings on your journey. āļøš
