Welcome to this relaxation for enlivenment and energy.

Taking a moment to get absolutely comfortable.

Allowing the eyes to close and becoming aware of the bed or the floor beneath you and seeing if you can allow your body to soften a little further down to whatever is supporting you.

Noticing the points of contact between you and your support.

You might notice it in the heels,

The tailbone,

The points in the backs of the shoulders,

In the back of the head.

You may here like to take a long exhale out through the mouth,

Sighing out all of the tension that may have accumulated during the day.

If that felt good you may like to do that again.

Then just saying to yourself,

We're coming into relaxation,

We're coming into relaxation,

Into a space where there's no need to move,

There's no need to do,

We can just be.

Becoming aware now of the space around you,

The sounds around you.

From the loudest obvious sounds to the subtlest of sounds.

Allowing the sounds around you to be part of the experience.

Letting your ears explore and even though the eyes may be closed,

Becoming aware now of the space just beyond the eyelids.

Maybe the light that you can see behind the eyelids or the shapes and colors that you might see.

Just becoming aware of the activity here beyond the eyelids.

And then becoming aware of the sensation in your mouth,

The maybe aftertaste of what you've just may have eaten or if you've brushed your teeth the aftertaste of the toothpaste.

Noticing the space within your mouth,

The saliva,

All of the tiny details of your mouth.

What can you feel?

Does it feel spacious in there?

And then becoming aware of the air in your skin.

What's the temperature of the air?

Is it cool or warm?

How does it feel on your skin?

Is it humid or dry?

What other textures do you feel touching you?

Maybe your clothes,

The pillow,

Any props that might be supporting you.

And how's your body responding to these?

Is your body able to soften a little more into the support beneath you?

And then noticing the sensation of the air as it turns into your breath on the inhale.

That moment when it enters the nostrils to the point where you can't follow your breath into your body anymore because it's become a part of you.

Following the breath out the nostrils.

Noticing how far into the room can you follow your breath.

Following the breath in and out.

You may notice that the temperature of the breath is different.

The coolness of the inhale,

The warmth of the exhale.

Following the inhale and exhale into the body and out into the space that you're in.

Then allow your awareness to draw deeper into your body,

Into the space of the heart.

Notice if you can feel your heartbeat,

Your rhythm.

And what does your rhythm stand for?

If you could choose just one vibration that you would like to admit to the world,

What vibration would that be?

Maybe it's love,

Joy,

Kindness.

It might be something else.

But feel that vibration in your heart space.

Imagine now that every point in the body that I name,

This vibration travels through to that point.

And you feel the vibration of the quality you chose filling the space within.

To the muscles that support the spine,

Either side of the spine,

Up the vertebra,

From the lower vertebra,

All the way up to the space,

The back of the neck,

Into the space of the vocal cords,

The whole of the throat,

The jawbone,

Around the lips,

Bottom lip,

Into the space of the mouth,

The roof of the mouth,

Around the teeth,

The tongue,

Sides of the mouth,

And into the head space,

The space behind the eyes,

All the curves of the eyes,

The space between the eyes,

The eyes themselves,

The temples,

The whole of the forehead,

The cheekbones,

The curves of the ears,

Lobes of the ears,

The space inside the ears,

The space behind the ears,

The back of the head,

Crown of the head,

The whole of the head space,

The whole body,

The whole body,

Filled with your vibration of being.

Resting in that vibration now.

Breathing with that vibration.

And as you bring your awareness back to your heart space,

Back to your rhythm of being,

Can you feel the way your inhale emits a lightness,

Can you feel your body becoming so,

So light,

So,

So light.

As light as a feather.

Almost as if you could float.

Now can you feel your body getting so heavy,

So,

So heavy.

Almost as if your body is going to leave a dent.

Lightness becomes that heavy.

Can you feel the weight of the body?

And now can you feel the two at the same time?

Light and heavy at the same time.

How does it feel to feel the two at the same time?

Now feel your body getting really hot.

So,

So hot.

Boiling hot in fact.

Absolutely boiling.

The body is so hot now.

Sweltering.

Your body now gets really cold.

Freezing cold.

Really,

Really cold.

And can you now feel these two sensations at the same time?

How does that feel?

To feel the two sensations,

Hot and cold,

At the same time?

Now can you feel a joy,

A joy within?

So,

So happy.

So,

So joyful.

Be in this joy.

And now feeling a sadness.

Really sad.

And can you feel the two at the same time?

Joy and sadness.

How does it feel to breathe in the two,

Be with the two,

At the same time?

Allowing your awareness to come back to your breath.

Did you feel now the sensation of the breath within your body?

How does it feel within your body?

So much space within the body,

Between the atoms.

Can you imagine the space between the atoms?

There's more space than you may know.

And space is the essence of the heart chakra,

The essence of love,

The essence of compassion.

Things will come and go but space will always exist.

And can you now feel the space around you?

Feeling into the space around you.

Can you imagine the space between you and the ceiling above you?

Can you imagine the space between you and the walls around you?

And can you now imagine the space between you and the atmosphere above you?

In fact the atmosphere all around you,

All around the earth.

The space from you and down the earth,

Between you and the sky and out through the sides of the earth.

Can you acknowledge that the space within you and the space around you are completely connected?

There is no division.

The vibration from your heart's essence flows from you and out through to the universe and back to your heart centre.

Resting here with your vibration.

Coming aware once again of the coolness of the inhale through the nostrils and the energy that comes in as you inhale.

Inhaling new breath into the body.

Becoming aware again of the warmth of the exhale as it releases out into the space around you.

And with each inhale now becoming aware of the energy as it fills your body from the deepest parts of your body through each and every cell right out to the periphery of the body.

It fills the body through to the feet,

Through to the fingers,

Through to the front body,

The back body,

The whole body filled with energy.

And there might be so much energy that you may want to start wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes,

Having a bit of a stretch or a squeeze and when you're ready coming onto your side before you go on with the rest of your day or your evening.

Namaste.
