Welcome.

This is your space to return to center.

To reconnect with the source of your creativity.

Not by force or pressure,

But by softening into it.

You don't have to chase inspiration.

You only have to become still enough for it to find you.

And we do that through the breath.

Let's begin by gently arriving in this moment.

You can be seated or lying down,

Whatever feels nourishing for your body.

Let your hands rest softly and clench your jaw and just let your eyes relax.

Now take a slow deep breath in through your nose.

Feel the breath as a wave it's rising and exhale gently through your nose.

And let go.

Again,

Breathe in fully.

And release,

Letting go of any stress or tension.

Let your breath become your paintbrush,

Your pen,

Your dance.

With each inhale,

You bring in new energy,

New possibility.

And with each exhale,

It's a clearing,

A release.

Let's invite more energy into the body now.

We'll use a breath pattern called three-part energizing breath.

It goes like this.

Two short inhales through your nose.

And one long exhale through your mouth.

Let's try it together.

Breathe in,

Breathe in.

Sigh,

Let it go.

Breathe in,

Breathe in.

Sigh,

Keep going at your own pace for four more rounds.

Feel the rhythm.

Let it be natural,

Not forced.

And once more,

Breathe in,

Breathe in.

And let go with a big sigh.

This breath helps to move energy through your body.

It stirs your creative waters,

Clears the fog from your mind,

And wakes up the part of you that remembers how to imagine,

To wonder,

To play.

Let your breath settle now,

And just notice the shift in your body.

Perhaps you can feel a bit of tingling and openness,

Or simply more space inside.

Now,

Gently bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

Your heart space.

Visualize a soft glowing light there.

It may be golden,

Violet,

Ocean blue,

Whatever your imagination offers.

This light is the spark of your creativity.

It holds your voice,

Your vision,

Your essence as a maker.

With each breath you take,

Just see that light growing a little brighter.

A little bolder.

It's warming your chest,

And now feel it floating up to your throat.

Out to your hands,

And into your mind.

It's safe to express what lives inside you,

Because there's no wrong way to be creative.

You were born to imagine.

You were born to express.

You were born to shape beauty from breath and being.

So,

Silently or out loud,

Repeat these words after me.

Let them anchor into your breath and being.

I open myself to inspiration.

I trust the flow of creativity within me.

I release perfection and invite play.

I create from curiosity,

Not pressure.

I am a vessel for beauty,

Story,

And soul.

Now,

Let those words ripple through you,

Like a soft current beneath the surface.

And now,

Just feel into what wants to emerge.

No need to chase the idea,

Just notice.

Maybe an image appears.

A phrase,

A color,

A feeling.

Whatever arises for you is perfect.

Even if it's quiet,

Or even if it's nothing at all,

That too is part of the process.

But trust that your creative spark has been stirred.

So,

Before we close,

Take a deep breath in.

And this time,

Feel yourself breathing into your entire creative being.

And exhale again with a soft sigh.

Inhale once more.

Feel the beauty of this moment.

Exhale and let it all root into your body.

Now,

You are not stuck.

You are simply between waves.

Let your breath be the tide that brings you back to shore.

So,

When you're ready,

Just slowly and gently roll your shoulders if that feels good.

Gently stretch and come back to your space.

Hold the sense that something within you is now more open.

You might wish to write,

Draw,

Sing,

Or simply rest in this creative state.

Whatever you choose,

Honor it.

You've really shown up for your inner artist today,

And that is a sacred act.

Thank you so much for breathing with me.

And may your next creation carry the energy of this beautiful moment.

Namaste,

My friend.
