Day 2: In this session, I focus on cleansing and clearing your energy field. By releasing stagnant emotions and old patterns, you create space for lightness, clarity, and renewal. Breathe deeply, let go, and feel your energy shift.

Welcome to day two of the Energy Alchemy Challenge.

Yesterday I awakened your awareness of your energy field.

Today we focus on clearing any stagnant energy,

Releasing anything that no longer serves you.

Just as we cleanse our physical body,

Our energetic body also needs clearing.

Emotional stress,

Negative thoughts,

And even external environments can leave behind dense energy that weighs us down.

Through breathwork,

Visualization,

And intention,

We can cleanse and refresh our energy field.

So find your comfortable position,

Warm and cozy,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a deep inhale and exhale with a sigh.

Take a deep breath in and release,

Letting go of any tension or stress.

Take another slow,

Deep breath and release your thoughts,

Letting them drift far away.

Bring your awareness into your heart center and notice a softness there.

Another beautiful breath in,

And this time take the breath down to your abdomen.

Relax with a deep exhale.

Take another slow,

Deep breath and know that in this moment,

All is well.

Tune into the present moment.

Feel your body begin to soften and relax.

Now,

Let's begin a rhythmic breath.

In through your nose for four counts,

Hold for four,

And exhale through your mouth for six counts.

Continue this cycle for five more breaths,

Allowing each exhale to release tension and relaxation.

Stress and anything you no longer need.

Inhale through your nose,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And exhale six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

And continue.

Wonderful.

So,

With each breath you take,

Imagine fresh,

Clean energy filling your body,

And with each exhale,

Visualize releasing stagnant energy like a soft mist dissolving into the air.

Let's continue for three more cycles.

In through your nose for a count of four,

Hold for four,

And exhale for a count of six in your own time.

And once more,

Inhale,

Hold,

And exhale.

Feel your body letting go.

Now,

Visualize yourself standing beneath a brilliant waterfall of golden light.

This light is cascading down from the universe,

And it's washing away any heaviness.

Feel this beautiful,

Cool,

Purifying energy flow over your head,

Down your shoulders,

Through your arms,

Chest.

It's flowing down your back,

Your abdomen,

Hips,

Legs,

And feet.

It's carrying away any stress,

Emotional blockages,

And old patterns that you're holding onto.

Now,

Visualize the water collecting at your feet.

It's swirling with any energy you've released.

Now,

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Watch it all drain away into the earth,

Where it is neutralized and transformed.

All your stress,

Your emotional blockages,

And old patterns have drained away into the earth.

So,

Now affirm silently to yourself,

I let go of what no longer serves me.

With each breath,

I create space for peace,

Clarity,

And new energy to flow into my life.

Now,

Reflect on those words for a moment,

And breathe them deep into your heart.

Good.

As you stand in this cleansed,

Refreshed state,

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

Do you feel lighter,

Clearer,

More present?

Just reflect on how you feel right now.

Now,

Invite a sphere of protective,

Warm,

Golden,

Loving light to be placed all around you,

Your energetic body,

And this experience too,

So that all the positive,

Clearing,

Healing,

And restful benefits will stay with you.

Gently bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings,

And slowly open your eyes.

Breathe in deeply one last time,

And as you exhale,

Bring your awareness back to the room.

Roll your shoulders if that feels good,

And feel awake,

Alert,

And refreshed.
