This morning practice invites you to begin the day by gently attuning the body to the soul. Through breath, sound, and simple presence, you are guided to listen for Chochmah—inner wisdom that lives before effort or planning. Rather than starting over, this meditation supports a deepening into what is already alive and true. Practice to meet the day with dignity, clarity, and sacred vitality.

Take a moment to arrive.

Notice the weight of your body.

The contact beneath you.

The simple fact of being here.

Now.

Of being here with your soul.

As the part of you that knows how to live inside your body.

The part that knows how to be here.

In this world.

Now.

In the sacred Hebrew language there is a word.

Chochmah.

Chochmah means a kind of wisdom that exists before words.

Before planning.

Before effort.

Chochmah is the soul's intuitive intelligence.

The knowing that guides life from within the body.

Let it arrive as sound.

Let your breath be natural and free.

As you inhale,

Sense a little more space.

As you exhale,

Sense a quiet clarity.

This wisdom that lives in the body is not abstract or theoretical.

It's lived and it's learned through experience.

It refines itself through relationship and choice.

And it is the body attuning to the soul.

Whisper or say Chochmah.

Allowing it to settle where it wants to settle.

As you say or hear the word,

Imagine being surrounded by a field of golden light.

Let the light hold the word.

Not decorating it nor energizing it.

Just dignifying it.

Gold here is not brightness or excitement.

It is the color of dignity.

Of worth that does not need to prove itself.

Of wisdom that knows its place.

Let that golden light carry the sound of Chochmah into the body.

Steady,

Warm,

And self-possessed.

Notice how the body responds when it's listened to.

This is your soul wisdom expressed through the body.

Chochmah.

Sense a gentle readiness moving through you.

A quiet aliveness.

Let the breath feel supportive and the spine feel awake.

This is your soul meeting the day.

Present and unforced.

One more steady breath.

Receiving what is alive and releasing what is unnecessary.

This is a deepening of the path you are already walking.

Carry this presence into the day ahead.

With wisdom.

With dignity.

With sacred vitality.
