Hello and welcome.

I'm so glad you're here.

This is a moment of oneness and connection with ourselves right here and now at this intersection of time and space.

We're going to do something different than we normally do.

For these next few minutes with our precious life force energy we're just gonna be.

This is a brief break from our daily lives so let's savor every bit of it.

If you can close your eyes.

Get comfy.

Fluff a pillow.

Adjust your body.

And exhale.

We aren't jumping into being,

Being,

Being.

The way we are when we're doing,

Doing,

Our daily life.

No.

Here and now we're practicing the art of restoring balance by letting some time pass while doing nothing at all.

Just breathing in a natural comfortable way.

With some small amount of curiosity about what it might feel like to let our thoughts drift by.

Let's plant ourselves deep into this moment.

Feel gravity's embrace solid and full of light.

We're floating in space just like always.

The more we notice the earth beneath us the more we feel connected to the stars.

You can trust that I'm watching the clock for you.

I'll ring a bell at the start and again at the end of two little minutes.

It may in fact feel like more because when we just simply relax a bit and find a small amount of more comfort with extra room to breathe.

Time and space expand.

If you find yourself thinking about distractions,

And that's very easy to do,

Give your brain a little job.

It's repeating a simple phrase.

I like this one.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Enjoy.

Here we go.

Don't you just love breathing?

As you ease back into your day,

Let your eyes open up and adjust to the room.

Or as you slip off into sleep,

Bring some of this extra space and openness with you.

Thank you for these moments together here on Insight Timer.
