Getting comfortable in your quiet space,

Free from distractions,

Sitting comfortable or lying down,

Ensure that your spine is straight,

And let's take a few deep breaths in.

And let yourself drop into Mother Earth,

And letting your Divine Mother hold you.

Notice any sensations in your body,

And as you connect breaths now,

Use your belly as a pump,

On the inhale let your belly expand,

On the exhales use your stomach muscles to push the breath out.

Breathing this way increases the energy flow,

Opening more and more our energy centres.
