And welcome to today's breathwork practice.
In today's practice,
We will transport ourselves through the breath to a healing temple in the universe.
For this practice,
I suggest lying down,
But you can also do it seated if you wish.
So let yourself get comfortable,
Just take a deep breath in,
And just let it go.
I invite you to set an intention for today's practice,
Feeling into your body,
Feeling into what needs to be healed,
Or what needs to be revealed.
Taking a moment here just to breathe,
And feel,
And set your intention.
Now you have your intention,
I invite you to just let it go to the universe,
Offer it up as a prayer to the universe for your healing today.
Let's now start our rhythmic breathing,
Our connected breath.
We'll start with just breathing nice and slowly,
And connecting the inhale and the exhale.
As you breathe,
You're expanding the abdomen,
And then the chest,
And then you're letting it all go.
Slowly and completely through your mouth,
Inhaling abdomen,
Chest,
And letting it go through the mouth.
Continue this rhythmic breathing pattern without any pause between the inhale and the exhale.
This practice,
It's not about speed,
It's just about keeping the connection of the breath.
So for now,
Just focus on that inhale and exhale being connected,
No pause in the breath.
Just gently,
Full inhales,
Belly,
Chest,
Exhale,
Let it all go out.
That's right.
You're connecting your breath,
And you're just letting your breath flow in and out of you,
Just like the tide comes in and the tide goes out.
Just being with your breath.
As you breathe,
You're feeling into your body,
Feeling into what needs to be healed,
Feeling into what needs to be revealed.
You are here for healing your body,
And for healing thoughts in the mind.
Feel into what you need to have healed today.
Is it a story that's in your mind,
Or is it an energy block somewhere in your body?
Feeling into this as you're breathing in and out,
Like the tide coming in and out.
You're just breathing and letting your body bring the air in and out of your body.
This healing breath flowing through you.
And now you're being transported through the universe,
And you're standing outside a temple,
And you're setting your intention for today's healing.
And now you're entering the temple,
And you're about to meet the physicians and the priests who will be working with you today.
You're letting the physicians and the priests know what it is that you need to let go of.
For healing.
And you're keeping with your breath all the time,
Even while the priests and the physicians are doing their diagnostic tests to see where you need healing,
And what needs to be healed,
And what needs to be revealed to you today.
And one of the priests whispers in your ear,
It's all within you.
Everything you need is within you.
Today you can breathe,
And you can heal,
And you can let go of everything that you don't need in your life.
Everything you need is within you.
It's within your breath.
And the physicians tell you,
Just breathe,
Let go.
Breathe into whatever it is you need to let go of,
And set the intention just to let it go.
Keep with your breath,
And keep with your healing.
And now they advise you to deepen your breath,
And speed up your breath to a level that's comfortable for you.
And now they're bringing some drummers into the healing chamber,
Who are going to start playing some drums,
And they encourage you to breathe and feel,
And breathe deeper and deeper into your body,
And just let yourself drift further and further into your body,
As the drumming starts,
You keep breathing,
Feeling,
And healing.
And one of the priests,
Who is a shaman,
Starts chanting the mantra,
Breathe,
Feel,
Heal,
Breathe,
Heal.
And so now for the next 20 minutes,
You're going to breathe and feel into your body,
And let the healing take place.
The only thing you need to do is stay with your connected breath,
And let the healing happen.
And after the 20 minutes,
I'll bring you back slowly into your space.
Breathe,
Feel,
Heal.
And you allow the intensity to increase or decrease as needed.
You're just with your breath,
And you're allowing your breath to fill your entire body.
And as you exhale,
You are just releasing all tension and all stress.
You're in your body,
And you're exhaling,
Releasing all tension and all stress.
You are healing your body.
You are healing your mind.
You are healing yourself at a cellular level,
By breathing,
Feeling,
And healing.

Letting your connected breath go now.
Just coming to a normal,
Slow breath.
And now allow yourself just to sink into the earth.
No more connected breath.
Just surrendering,
Releasing,
Relaxing,
And observing sensations in the body.
Maybe observing any emotions that are coming up.
And just be with these sensations.
Be with these emotions.
Witness them,
And then let them pass through you.
And just let yourself fall into Mother Earth.
And let Mother Earth hold you.
Just letting,
And feeling,
And letting go.
Feeling,
And letting go.
Just letting,
And feeling,
And letting go.
Just letting,
And feeling,
And letting go.
Just letting,
And feeling,
And letting go.
Just letting,
And feeling,
And letting go.
Take a few deep breaths now.
Roots extending into Mother Earth.
And feeling the grounding,
And connection,
And healing throughout your whole body,
And mind.
Feel the connection you have with your whole being this time.
Feel the connection you have into your whole body,
Mind.
There will be music playing for another few minutes.
So I invite you to do some journaling,
Or draw a picture,
And just spend this time with yourself,
With your healing,
With your body,
With your mind,
With this feeling that you have in your body now.
Feel the oneness of you.
Feel it,
And be with it.
And just take care of yourself.
Be gentle with yourself.
And keep feeling into your body,
And feeling the healing that is taking place in your body.
And you can listen to this meditation at night,
And breathe,
And go to sleep to it,
Or just have it playing while you're sleeping.
And your subconscious mind will absorb everything you need.
