Heart Mind: Breathing & Feeling Into Deepest Self: This meditation invites you to journey inward, deep into the heart-mind connection, where your true essence resides. With each deep breath, feel yourself becoming more connected to the deepest parts of who you are, releasing the external narratives of what you should do. Let go of the thinking mind's chatter and gently shift your awareness into the wisdom of your heart and the grounding presence of your body. In this space of stillness and connection, rediscover the pure, authentic you, fully present and at peace.

Hi,

This is Frankie and welcome to this meditation.

Take a deep breath in and slowly let it go.

Take some more breaths like this and make a little bit of sound.

That's it,

Just let it go.

Just breathing into your body.

And now you're just going to keep taking some full breaths in and out of your body.

And now I'm going to invite you just to feel into your body,

Body.

Just feel into your body and just notice any sensations that are coming up in your body.

And learning how to bring your consciousness into your body.

Do you want to connect with your whole being?

Or do you just want to be in your thinking mind,

The doing mind?

Do you want to connect more and more with the deepest parts of you?

You can do this anytime just by taking a few deep breaths.

As you're taking these nice deep breaths,

You're feeling more connected to yourself.

And just ask the question,

Why does the thinking mind keep putting up a narrative,

A story around everything you do?

Why does your thinking mind put a narrative around how you should or shouldn't behave in different situations?

Do you want to connect to the deepest parts of you?

Do you want to connect on a deeper level with your total being?

What do you have intense feelings about?

Are they stories or are they you?

Could you let go of the stories even if you wanted to?

Ancient wisdom lies within your subconscious mind at a cellular level.

But you can move from the thinking mind to your body mind to your heart wisdom.

Take a deep inhale and just hold this awareness to your body and slowly exhale.

Feel into your body and notice what you are feeling in this present moment.

Is there a sensation somewhere in your body?

Where is this sensation?

Where do you feel this sensation in your body?

Just feel into this space.

And now just breathe into the feeling with a few breaths.

And now in this relaxed state,

I invite you to feel into your heart's deepest desires.

What is it you would like to change in your life?

Is there something your heart is telling you?

Feel into any sensations that arise from these thoughts.

And when you become aware of feelings in the body,

Just breathe into those feelings within the body.

You are breathing into your whole body and noticing sensations in your body.

And as the sensations arise,

You are breathing into those sensations.

Feeling those sensations that are in your body.

If these sensations are painful,

You can just breathe into them.

And as you are breathing into them,

You can dissolve them slowly with your breath.

I am now going to give you a minute just to breathe.

That's right,

You have been breathing and feeling into your body.

And now just ask yourself the question.

Ask your heart the question.

Ask your heart what it really wants.
