Morning Gratitude Practice. Take a slow, deep breath in… and exhale gently, letting your body soften into the present moment. Bring to mind one small thing you’re grateful for right now — perhaps the warmth of the sun, the comfort of a safe space, or simply the gift of being here for yourself. Hold that feeling in your heart, breathe into it, and let it grow. Quietly affirm: I am grateful for this moment. I am grateful for all that has been. I am grateful for all that is yet to come. Allow this gratitude to wash through you, shifting your perspective and opening your awareness to the beauty and blessings already here. When you are ready, open your eyes with a softer heart and a clearer mind.
