Welcome,

Radiant soul,

Closing your eyes,

Take a slow breath in,

And release it softly.

This is a sacred time,

Beneath every difference,

Beneath every story,

We are one breath,

We are one beating heart,

We are one soul,

Let the world fall away for a little while.

Each inhale calls you home to your centre,

Each exhale releases all that keeps you separate.

Inhale love,

Exhale heart,

Feel the earth beneath you,

Steady and alive,

Roots of light grow from your body,

Deep into the soil.

With every breath draw her calm strength upwards,

With every exhale offer gratitude,

Thank you mother,

Whisper softly,

I am rooted in love,

I am supported by the earth,

I belong to the universe.

The trees breathe with you,

The rivers hum with you,

All of creation moves as one living being,

The heartbeat of the earth and spirit intertwined.

Bringing your awareness to your heart,

The sacred drum within your chest,

A golden light glows there,

Spreading through your body,

Like dawn touching the land,

This light is not yours alone,

It is the song of life itself,

It ripples beyond your skin,

Across oceans,

Mountains and stars,

Each being you meet carries this same light,
