Soul breath work,
Meditation,
Slowly connecting in to your breath,
To your sacred breath,
With deep inhales,
Exhales through the mouth.
That's right,
Just breathing in and out of the mouth,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
In a quiet place where you have no distractions.
You could be seated or lying down,
Or standing.
If you're standing,
Just feel the support your feet are giving you,
As you just breathe and relax.
If you're seated,
Feel the ground beneath you.
Maybe let your body sway with your gentle,
Connected breaths,
In and out of your mouth.
And if you're lying down,
Really bring these breaths fully into your belly,
And when you release them,
Go completely.
However you are,
You're just connecting to your slow,
Deep breaths.
No pause,
No stop in the breath,
Your breath is just flowing in and out of you,
Like a river to the sea,
Sends the water,
And then the sun evaporates the water,
Bringing it back to the mountains to rain,
To send it back to the river,
And the river sends it back to the sea.
And your breath is just like this cycle,
Breathing in deep breaths from nature,
And releasing out,
So nature can recycle your breath.
Now bring your attention into your body,
Start noticing any areas of tension,
Or discomfort in your body.
Scan your body from head to toe,
Paying attention to any sensations,
Any emotions,
Or any stuck memories that are in the body.
And without any judgement or resistance,
Simply observe and acknowledge what you're experiencing in your body.
As you're breathing,
Laying down,
Or seated,
Or standing,
I'm just going to guide you through your body,
As you're breathing these beautiful,
Deep breaths.
And just stay with your breath the whole time,
Letting yourself go deeper and deeper with your breath.
And just breathing now,
These beautiful,
Deep breaths into your feet,
Noticing your feet as you breathe,
Your feet that connect you to the ground,
Feeling the energy,
And a sense of gratitude to your feet,
A sense of love to your feet.
Now moving your awareness up to your lower legs,
And your thighs,
Awareness now in both your legs,
Breathing into your legs,
Feel the energy and the strength of your legs that take you wherever you need to go.
If you're feeling any sensations in any of the parts of your legs,
Send some love there,
Send some gratitude to your legs,
And staying all the time with your deep,
Connected breath.
Feel your whole body,
All your energy moving through your body,
The base of your spine,
Your grounding energy,
Your sacrum,
Your sexual energy.
Just breathing in and noticing your energy center here,
A sense of love to yourself,
Acknowledgement to your power,
Breathing in to your whole body,
Feeling sensations,
And your awareness now moves to your belly,
And your belly is expanding with each inhale,
And your belly is contracting with each exhale.
While focusing on the belly,
Let's just take 10 really deep inhales and exhales,
Really expanding the belly and contracting the belly.
Feel the energy in your body from your sacred breath,
And as you let it go,
Just release it slowly as your belly expands again,
Bringing in the new air,
And going back to your nice,
Relaxed,
Deep breaths,
Your nice,
Relaxed,
Deep,
Connected breaths,
With each inhale,
Your belly expanding,
With each exhale,
Your belly contracting.
Feel the energy that this pulsates through your whole body.
As you breathe,
You can begin to introduce some gentle movements into your body.
This can include stretching,
Rocking,
Or some shaking.
Allow your body to guide you.
Allow your body to release any tension or energy that it needs to release now.
Don't think about it,
Just follow the body's natural impulses,
And the body's natural movements without any judgment.
You just breathe,
And you trust the wisdom of your body to release,
And let go any stored energy,
Any stored tension.
Release any stored emotions that are stuck in your body.
Let your body stretch,
Rock,
Or shake.
You're allowing the body to just express and release any stored tension or emotions.
Just let the body move and release,
And let go.
And you're keeping with your connected breath,
In and out of your mouth.
And you're just letting the body release,
Move,
And shake.
Do whatever it needs to do to let go of any of these energies.
And all the while you're staying with your connected,
Sacred breath.
Your loving breath.
With your breath send love and compassion into your whole being.
And coming into stillness,
And feeling and breathing into your whole beautiful body.
Bringing your awareness now to your heart,
And the love in your heart.
The love you have for yourself.
Just ask yourself,
Is there anything you need from me?
Ask your heart.
What does your heart want as you're breathing these beautiful,
Gentle,
Connected breaths,
In and out of the mouth.
Feeling into your heart center.
Feeling into your desires.
Ask your heart what it wants to manifest.
Ask your heart what it wants to bring in.
Ask your heart what it's grateful for.
Breathing in and out.
Bringing your awareness now to your hands.
Feel the energy pulsating in your hands.
Feel the energy moving through your hands.
And now with your hands,
Place them somewhere on your body.
They can go in different parts of your body,
Or together on one part of your body.
Just bring your hands to where you want to send the energy that's in your hands to your body.
And you're keeping with your sacred breath.
Breathing in and out of your body.
Sending energy through your hands.
Sending love to yourself.
As you're doing this,
Feel the energy coming down from your neck,
Through your shoulders,
To your lower arms and into your hands.
And the energy just flowing through your hands.
Now I just invite you to bring your hands gently around your neck,
Around the back of your neck,
Interleaving your fingers.
As you do this,
Breathe in and out of your throat,
Your throat chakra.
Feeling balance here.
Feeling harmony.
And awareness now to your mouth.
As the air is moving in and out of your mouth.
Your sacred breath.
The awareness.
Each breath in,
Coming down your throat.
And all the way into your lungs.
On the exhale,
Your breath coming out.
Sending some gratitude to your whole respiratory system.
It gives you life on this planet.
Giving some gratitude to the abundance of air.
The thing you need the most.
Just notice that what you need the most,
The air,
Is the most abundant thing on planet earth.
And there's abundance in everything.
Just keep breathing in gentle,
Connected breaths.
Still feeling into the energy pulsating through your whole body.
Bringing your awareness to your jaw,
Maybe moving your jaw and releasing tension in your jaw.
Some people hold a lot of tension in their jaw.
Let's make some noise with your mouth.
Ah,
Wiggle your jaw while you're making the noise.
And now feel the tension dissolving away in your jaw.
Tensions dissolved away in the back of your neck.
Bring your awareness now to your nostrils.
Let's just for a moment breathe in through our nostrils.
In through the nostrils.
And out through the mouth.
And out through the mouth.
Now just going back to breathing and breath in and out.
Bringing your awareness to your eyes.
The eyes are closed.
When they're closed we can bring in deeper vision.
Vision into our body.
Just feel that there's still a pulsating energy in your eyes.
As your awareness is there.
And now with your eyes,
Send your eyeballs up with your eyes closed.
Holding your eyeballs up.
Feeling the sensation.
Now releasing that and just bring your awareness to your third eye.
Gently breathing now into your third eye.
Now in whatever position you're in,
I invite you just to raise your arms above your head with your palms open.
We'll take ten deep breaths in and out of the mouth.
Releasing your breath,
Holding your palms up.
And just feeling with your breath out,
Feeling the energy pulsating between your hands.
And with this energy that's pulsating in your hands,
Feel into your body and feel where you would like to bring that energy into your body.
And then when you're ready,
You can place hands wherever you feel like.
It can be in one place,
It can be in two separate places.
Now just breathe as you're holding your hands on your places on your body.
Send your own healing energy into your body.
Nice,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
Connected breaths of energy.
As you're breathing into these spaces on your body.
Feel relaxation in your whole body.
Letting all tension dissolve.
Releasing everything.
Now if you've done this practice standing or seated,
I invite you now to lay down.
So we're all just going to be laying down now.
Gentle,

Full breath into the belly.
Fully out.

Now releasing your breath.
Releasing everything.
Releasing all tension.
Relaxing.
Releasing.
Everything is falling into Mother Earth.
Now I invite you just to stay in the stillness of Mother Earth.
Releasing any control of the breath.
Releasing control of the mind.
Just being in your body.
Feeling in your body.
And just noticing the gentle breath in and out of your body.
And you'll hear a chime when it's time to come back.
