Spirit Guide Me: A Prayer For Healing & Gratitude

Spirit within,

Today I pray for healing and I give gratitude.

Thank you for the gift of life,

For this breath,

For this body,

For this life unfolding moment by moment.

Today I invite healing through gentleness and compassion.

Spirit help meet me where I am,

Without judgement,

Without urgency.

Touch the places that ache,

Soften what has grown tired or guarded.

I trust healing to unfold in its own time,

In its own way.

Help me notice the quiet blessings,

Woven through ordinary moments,

The simple grace of being here.

Let gratitude steady my heart and open my awareness.

I honour all that has shaped me and all that is still becoming.

I am thankful,

I am healing,

I am supported.

I walk with appreciation for this sacred human life.

I am open to gentle healing.

I am grateful in this moment.

I am supported as I heal.

And so it is.
