Allowing the shoulders to loosen,
The jaw to relax,
And the whole body to soften.
Let the breath be unhurried,
Natural,
Comforting.
Now gently bring one hand to your heart.
Feel the warmth beneath your palm,
The subtle movement of breath,
A quiet reminder that you are alive and that healing is possible.
With your next inhale,
Imagine a soft light entering the heart.
Warm,
Gentle,
And soothing.
A light of compassion,
Of tenderness,
Of quiet care.
As you exhale,
Allow anything heavy to soften.
Stress,
Worry,
Old emotion,
Even just a little softening is enough.
There is nothing you need to fix,
Nothing you need to solve.
Healing is not forceful.
It unfolds quietly,
Softly,
When you open your heart and let the light in.
Take another slow breath in.
As you breathe out,
Feel your body settle a little deeper into ease.
Now imagine that soft light expanding,
Filling the chest,
The ribs,
The whole space around the heart.
Let it wrap around old wounds,
Around tired places,
Around memories that still echo.
Not to chase them,
But to hold them with compassion.
Breathe in softness,
Breathe out,
Release.
And now silently repeat to yourself,
I allow myself to heal.
I welcome and embrace peace.
I am learning to trust my heart.
Let those words land gently,
Without pressure,
Without expectation.
Take one final deep breath in,
Filling the heart with warmth,
With safety,
With tenderness.
And exhale fully,
Letting the entire body soften into stillness.
You are healing,
Breath by breath,
Moment by moment.
