This short, heart-centered meditation offers a gentle pause in the day — a place to soften, settle, and reconnect with a sense of calm. With steady guidance and spacious pauses, you’re invited to rest with kindness and allow the heart to ease in its own time. You can return to this practice whenever you’d like a moment of emotional balance and gentle support. Carolyn Wallace, Himalaya Well-Being

Welcome.

Thank you for joining me.

You are here and that's already enough.

There's nothing you need to do right now.

Nothing to fix or improve.

Just let yourself arrive.

Arrive exactly as you are.

If it feels comfortable,

Allow your eyes to close or soften your gaze.

Take a gentle breath in through the nose and a slow easy breath out through the mouth.

Again,

Breathing in and letting the breath fall away.

Now gently bring your attention to the center of your chest.

Not to change anything here.

Just notice.

You might feel warmth or movement or maybe very little at all.

Whatever you notice is welcome.

As you breathe,

Imagine the breath softly touching the heart area.

Like a warm hand resting there.

Steady and kind.

There's no need to open the heart.

No need to soften it.

Simply let it be met.

If the mind wanders,

That's okay.

Each time you notice,

You are gently returning to this breath,

To this place.

You might quietly say to yourself,

I'm here or this moment is enough.

Let the shoulders drop a little.

Let the jaw loosen.

Let the breath move naturally.

For these few minutes,

Nothing is being asked of you.

Just resting.

Just allowing.

And as this time comes to a close,

There is no rush to move.

No need to carry anything forward.

Simply knowing that you can return here again and again whenever you need.

This is Caroline Wallace.

Thank you for joining me today.

From the peace within me to the peace within you,

Namaste.
