Release tension and gently reset your mind and body with calm.
Now,
Please find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down and allow your eyes to close if that is okay and comfortable for you.
Let's begin with the breath.
Let's follow a pattern of 4,

Inhale for 4,
Hold for 2,
And then exhale for 6.
Let's begin.
Gently inhale through your nose for a count of 4.

Hold softly for 2,

And then exhale slowly through your nose for a count of 6.

Keep breathing in this rhythm at your own pace.

Imagine letting go of any stress or tension.
