Hello my name is Chantal and I am going to share with you what I call an affirmative meditative guide.
It is affirmative because it is delivered in the first-person perspective.
It is intended to be heard at the pace at which it is recorded and it's best not to increase the speed so that you can savor the words,
Phrases,
And ideas.
This is similar to listening to a chapter in an audiobook except you will derive the benefits from it by being fully present as you absorb the information while you listen.
In this meditative guide you will listen to affirmative ideas to help guide you through the veil of feelings of destabilization and turmoil that we so often experience in life.
After you finish listening you may wish to journal your thoughts and see what realizations come through for you.
Let's begin with Affirmative Meditative Guide number one.
My process for peace is simple as I diminish destabilization and turmoil from my life.
Today I vow to live a life of peace and serenity.
It is a wonderful feeling to live a life filled with peace.
Experiencing positive emotions most of the time reminds me to reflect on what a feeling of fulfillment that I get in living my life.
My life is free.
I feel sweet serenity knowing that I was once continuously burdened with considerable stress and strife but I learned to rise above my situation for a few minutes at a time breaking the solid line to make it a dotted line.
Those seconds become minutes and those minutes become hours and in time there is more space between the dots and more peace in my life than anything else.
I see now that I am able to banish agitation as I allow a gentle quiet to surround me wherever I am.
My actions ensure that my existence is peaceful.
I choose to separate myself from being pulled into disturbance and I avoid spending the preciousness of my life force energy with those who have a different energetic alignment that I notice takes me off track from my creativity.
The work that I do and the life that I live are created by me.
I choose the energy to create my life's masterpieces.
There are those who delight in making comments that encourage spreading the energy of negative thinking.
I surround myself with positive people who are respectful and who live lives of quiet integrity.
I recognize and employ all strategies that help me to ward off negative influences in a playful and peaceful way.
Regardless of the challenges that I may encounter,
I let go of stress,
Frustration,
And negative emotions.
I devote my efforts to remaining aware of the sources of strife in my life.
This is how I am able to choose differently for myself.
With these four steps of ease,
My process for peace is simple.
Number one,
When I feel destabilized and surrounded by turmoil,
I notice it.
I breathe and I choose a peaceful path for myself.
Number two,
I am starting to notice the people in circumstances who seem to remind me of the elements in my life that I've tried to forget.
Number three,
These reminders help me to pay attention to what I release gently and consistently.
These reminders are no longer a part of my conscious programming.
They are no longer a part of my subconscious programming.
I spend time honoring myself that I have done the work necessary even if I judge myself and feel disappointed in myself.
This is number four,
Because I may be disappointed that I haven't ascended as far as I thought I should and then I laugh with myself and give myself grace.
You see,
Really recognizing that mindfulness is a process,
Is a gift unto itself.
It is a gift to heal differently than how we were hurt.
We were hurt mindlessly,
But we heal mindfully.
