As the sun rises on this new day,

Let's focus on the gift of a fresh start that each morning brings.

Mornings are like nature's reset button.

They grant us a clean slate,

A chance to begin anew regardless of yesterday's triumphs or challenges.

The simple act of waking up is a blessing in itself and by cultivating gratitude for it,

We can set a positive tone for the rest of the day.

So find a comfortable space to sit or lie down and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Inhaling the stillness and calm of the morning.

As you exhale,

Release any lingering thoughts or worries from the night.

If you're still in bed,

Stay cocooned in the warm embrace of your bed,

Feeling safe and secure.

If not,

You can always imagine this.

With each inhale,

Acknowledge the comfort of your experience.

With each exhale,

Let go of any tensions in your body.

Just breathing in the new morning,

Bring awareness to your heart center and see a soft radiant light glowing there.

This light represents your gratitude.

With each breath,

It grows brighter and more vibrant.

Begin to reflect on the simple joys that mornings bring.

Perhaps it's the warmth of your blankets,

The gentle morning breeze,

Or the aroma of your favorite breakfast brewing in the kitchen.

That coffee,

That tea.

Allow these moments to surface in your mind.

As you focus on each of these moments of morning joy,

Express your gratitude by saying silently to yourself,

Thank you for this new day.

Thank you for the gift of this morning.

I appreciate these simple pleasures.

With each expression of gratitude,

Visualize your heart's light expanding.

It flows through your entire being,

Filling you with a deep sense of contentment and joy.

Feel it radiate from you,

Touching the world around you with its positive energy.

Now just consider the people in your life.

Think about those who bring love and support into your world.

Express gratitude for their presence.

Imagine this gratitude extending towards them,

Wrapping them in a warm embrace of appreciation.

Who came to your mind?

Who is there with you?

As you continue to breathe and express gratitude,

Recognize that this practice isn't just limited to today.

It's a tool you can carry with you into every morning.

By embracing gratitude,
